MBA at Calicut University is offered as a two year programme for four semesters over multiple affiliated colleges. The programme is also offered in three specialisations, such as MBA (General), MBA (Health Care Management), and MBA (International Finance). The University also offers the possibility of a part-time MBA.
Candidates applying for admission into the MBA programme should complete the eligibility criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria to get into Calicut University MBA is:
- Candidates should have 50% minimum aggregate in graduation
- Candidates should have a valid KMAT/CAT/CMAT score.
- There is no upper age limit to appear in these exams.
Candidates can also apply for an MBA evening programme in Calicut University if they have two years of work experience. Candidates applying for MBA evening without work experience would only be eligible depending on the number of seats left.

Yes, Calicut University allows its students to re-take semester examinations if they are not happy with the score they have attained and want to improve their final marks. The improvement examinations happen after the announcement of the results of each semester.
Candidates have to pay a certain fees to apply for each paper that they want to re-appear. The fee for each paper is INR 3,045 with INR 1,015 for each additional subject. A candidate can appear for improvement exam in a maximum of five papers throughout the whole programme.
