Calicut University MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MBA at Calicut University is offered as a two year programme for four semesters over multiple affiliated colleges. The programme is also offered in three specialisations, such as MBA (General), MBA (Health Care Management), and MBA (International Finance). The University also offers the possibility of a part-time MBA.
Candidates applying for admission into the MBA programme should complete the eligibility criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria to get into Calicut University MBA is:
- Candidates should have 50% minimum aggregate in graduation
- Candidates should have a valid KMAT/CAT/CMAT score.
- There is no upper age limit to appear in these exams.
Candidates can also apply for an MBA evening programme in Calicut University if they have two years of work experience. Candidates applying for MBA evening without work experience would only be eligible depending on the number of seats left.

The Calicut University MBA fees in 2025 for the two-year programme consist of multiple components. The fees is paid into instalments depending on the course duration. The tuition fee ranges between INR 84,000 and INR 8 Lakh depending on the specialisation chosen by students. In addition, hostel charges amount to INR 1.56 Lakh for the full duration of study. A one-time payment of INR 14,500 is also applicable at the time of admission. Other fees may constitute upto INR 23,000 for services and facilities provided to students..
The overall total fee for pursuing an MBA at Calicut University is estimated between INR 2.77 Lakh and INR 9.94 Lakh for two years. Candidates are required to pay the first installment of the fees to confirm admission into the programme.

After the PI round, a candidate is given provisional admission into the university, provided they complete the document verification at the chosen college for MBA and pay some tuition fee. The admission is finalised only when some tuition fee is paid.

Yes, Calicut University allows its students to re-take semester examinations if they are not happy with the score they have attained and want to improve their final marks. The improvement examinations happen after the announcement of the results of each semester.
