IDOL University Mumbai gives scholarships for UG/PG students who are greatly interested in doing or completing a BA degree. The University has established seat reservation policies as given by the Indian government & also gives scholarships for candidates in several reserved categories. The seat reservation policy is set basis the category of the students like General, OBC, SC/ST, PWD, etc., and the seat availability. Students from SC/ST categories can also apply for the RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP SCHEME (RGNFS) sponsored by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India.

The Mumbai University allocate scholarships to the students pursuing courses from the University. Candidates seeking admission to the BA programme must complete the online application form through the official website. After the successful application, PNR no. will be generated. Candidates need to upload the required mark sheet and documents.The documents required for the verification include Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, Photo ID cards, Birth Certificates, and other general documents. The Admission board will then review the eligibility and uploaded documents for admissions to the university.

The IDOL University Mumbai allows students to take their exams in three different languages, such as Hindi, English, and Marathi. At the undergraduate level, the university provides a three-year BCom course. Students are also allowed to choose their preferred BCom specialisation, which helps them develop their desired skills and increases their job prospects. This flexibility allows students to select their preferred language and take the exam accordingly.

University of Mumbai course fee is the sum of various components, which are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semesterly. MU BA tuition fees range between INR 2,400 and INR 14.6 lakh. This fee range has the tuition fee for BA and integrated BA courses.
