UPES Dehradun can be a viable option for middle-class student. Students have access to an education loan & maintain strong academic performance. UPES offers merit-based scholarships (up to 30% on tuition fees) & specific scholarships for female students.

Total tuition fee for BBA ranges between INR 11,91,980 and INR 13,41,980 as per unofficial source. The fee excludes other fee components like caution deposit, exam fee, etc. Aspirants are required to pay course fee after completion of all selection rounds to confirm their seats. Selection to BBA course will be based on national and university level entrance exams like UPESMET UG, UGAT or CUET UG followed by a personal interview round. Candidates securing 60 percentile or above in UGAT 2023 will be directly called for the personal interview round, if qualified. Besides, admission to BBA course will be based on UGAT/ CUET UG score. The university conducts UPESMET UG for candidates who have not appeared for any of the national-level entrance exams. UPESMET UG is an online test conducted for a duration of 1.5 hours. The question paper of UPESMET UG will be in MCQ format.

For admission to Global BBA, candidates need to qualify PI round and submit Statement of Purpose. Candidates must qualify the PI round for BBA courses under School of Modern Media. The university also specifies the educational qualification that aspirants must have for admission. Candidates who have completed Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for the BBA course. The UPES Dehradun campus is spread across 44 acre of land with domain-specific labs, hostels, and facilities for curricular and extra-curricular activities. UPES library has a seating capacity of more than 400 students and contains over 73,327 volumes of publications including books, standards, reports, proceedings, and more than 150 national and international journals. Yes, the university provides hostels for BSc (Hons) students. The hostels are provided for both girls and boys in many campuses. Students can opt for double/triple sharing AC and Non-AC rooms. The hostel fee is different for every type of room. It includes room charges, security deposit, etc.
