Review of Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Placements: You may be eligible from the second year; we can try getting internships, but officially the placements eligibility starts in the 4th year (final year). Companies that visited are Accenture, Tata, Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, and Autodesk, with the highest package being 40-42 LPA for the SDE role; the average package would be 24 LPA, according to the talent we can get it. The minimum package is 4 LPA in our college. Each company has different target percentages, so they prefer students who have above 60% and some maybe 70%, 80%, etc. On average, most of the companies prefer students over 70%. If I got the placement, I will be very happy. I'm on my way to learning and training to get the placement; if I make it, I will be happy. After graduation, I want to get my placement in Hyderabad; it will be near and comfortable for me there. I also have plans to go for higher studies after graduation; I like to travel as well, and I will do it.
Infrastructure: Our college conducts a lot of technical fests and rarely conducts cultural activities. The cultural fest they conduct every year is PRISM, the biggest event in our college, and in January they conduct rongoli for the Sankranti festival. And technical festivals are STRIDES, in which students prepare different projects and embrace their technical skills. Also, our branch, AIML, especially conducts TECH EXPO for our branch only to improve our technical skills in each AIML Our library is the central attraction of the college. It contains nearly 10 thousand plus books on all courses. You can take them by showing your identity card and return them within the time margin. Facilities in our classes: we have comfortable benches and have tables and chairs for lectures. We have labs with systems; some don't work, but most of them work well. We have projectors in our classrooms for PPT presentations, seminars, etc. Our college also conducts sports activities that go to the state level. Our college conducts sports like running, shot put, cricket, the Valley PPL Pragati Premium League, badminton, etc. The winner will get prizes, cash prizes, as well as certificates for participation. Students conduct clubs like the English club, ARVR club, cloud computing club, and cybersecurity club. These will explain awareness, and some conduct blood camping, helping needy people, etc.
Faculty: Every college will have friendly faculty, where we also have some friendly faculty and some who target students for everything. We have a really good relationship with our faculty, where they will encourage us to learn things and alert us about new opportunities, etc. My favorite faculty member is Durga Mam. She used to teach us Python, data mining, and DBMS as well. She is very perfect and teaches us very well, point to point, encouraging students very friendly faculty. Thanks to her, I learnt something in the college effectively. Names of the faculty I dislike were Manjusha Mam and Teja Sri; some are those who always complain and target students. 2 semesters and 2 midterms for each semester, our papers are okay to write and pass; however, it's true that some students may find it tough and struggle to clear it.

Civil engineering in Visvesvaraya university.
Placements: The eligibility for placements is that you have to be in the 7th semester. Many companies like Atkins , Concorde, and many more visited, and a few students got offers. The highest package was from the ECE department under a port company for a total of 26LPA as of 2024. The percentage of placement is quite low, maybe (20-40%). My plan after getting my degree is to appear for the GATE exam and try to get into some PSUs for a job.
Infrastructure: There are 2 events which happen every year. One of which is a technical fest where students showcase their projects. The books and journals are accessible and come with the updated information. Almost all classrooms have projectors, which is very helpful. The sports aspect is very poor. The management doesn’t focus on anything when it comes to upgrading the sports facilities. There are a lot of clubs in the college, which is very much essential for students’ overall growth.
Faculty: The faculty-student ratio is good. We have the best faculties in terms of student-teacher relationships. They are very much approachable and ready to help us anytime. I disliked the faculties who are nearing their final times in the job because they tend to lack and not give more importance. For exams, we have 3 internal assessments which we conduct after every month or so, and for the final semester, we conduct it after all the 3IAs.

The faculty members are not helpful for students. They said to pay the fees at a time only.
Placements: This is the best college and most of the senior batch students are placed in the topmost companies.
In our college, top companies like L&T come. They are selected 86 students and the salary given to each is Rs. 1 Lacs per month. The student result is also good. Most of the students got top 10 rankings in university.
Infrastructure: In our college, there's a hi-tech laboratory. Wi-Fi is available in every classroom. They conducted online classes teaching. Every year, they conducted e-buzz programme and the medical facility is also best. And in the e-buzz programme, many sports games are present. And many of the students played football and they are selected for state level.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and they take care of each and every student. The teachers are very talented and they give the confidence to each and every student. The teaching method was very well. The teachers are conducted slip test and that gives the confidence in the examination.
Other: In our college they conducted e-buzz programme for every year. And they conducted extracurricular activity also.

Good college with the best faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: I study under this university so I know the pros and cons of it. Placement is good as long as your score is good. Placements and companies do arrive in good number. Keeping score good is the student's duty and then placements of good companies are always available here.
Infrastructure: Good and very maintained infrastructure. Good labs and library. Classroom are also very well maintained and equipped. Good and clean campus. Nice and clean washroom. Canteen is also good to an extent. It has a huge big campus area and is always maintained.
Faculty: Faculty here is a boon to children. Faculty are very well educated and very knowledgeable. Many of them here are authors of several books and many are seniors. The more experience, More the knowledge. No doubt on faculty here as they are simply Good.
Other: Good college and can be best apart from its results which arrives after 2-3 months of exam. Results should arrive within one or 1.5 months. Events are awesome. Simply 5star.
