    The Business School Vellore BBA application process conducted is in online mode. Candidates seeking admission to the BBA course at VIT Business School must submit a duly filled application form online. Applications submitted without the necessary documents will not be accepted. Explained below is the step-wise VIT Business School application process for BBA:

    Step 1: Visit the official website of VIT Business School and click on the 'Application Open' tab on the Homepage.

    Step 2: In the next window that opens, scroll down and click on the 'Apply Now' link against BBA.

    Step 3: Enter all the required details under the 'New User' option and then click on the 'Register' button.

    Step 4: Log into your registered account to fill out the application form and upload the required documents.

    Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 600 using the convenient payment mode and submit the application form online.

    Entrance exam is not required for admission to BBA in VIT Vellore, as the admission is entirely merit based and counselling. Also candidates have to be eligible- Class 12 with at least 65% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST and others) with Commerce /Accountancy /Book Keeping and Accountancy /Mathematics /Business Maths & Statistics /Business Studies /Business Management /Business Economics /Economics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination

Additionally, the institute shortlists candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. After completion of the selection rounds, the institute releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification.

    VIT University: A place that you cannot miss in your lifetime.
    Placements: The basic eligibility for sitting in the placement is to have a minimum CGPA of 7, and you have to have a score above 65% in your 10th and 12th grades. The highest package is 16 LPA, and the average is around 4-6 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, Empower, NielsenIQ, and many other top MNCs.
    Infrastructure: All the classrooms are air-conditioned and smart classrooms, with projectors and speakers, and arch classrooms with rolling chairs. Every room is equipped with Wi-Fi facilities. All the hostel rooms are highly maintained, and AC and non-AC rooms are available. All the rooms in the hostel have Wi-Fi connectivity. You have different types of mess options like veg, non-veg, and special.
    Faculty: All the teachers at VIT are Ph.D. scholars and also professional industry personnel. All the faculty are very supportive of the career and friendly. The curriculum is up to date and approved by UGC. All the current skills the industry expects are provided to the students from time to time. The college conducts 3 main exams per semester, and the exams are moderate to difficult. Teachers will equip us to attend the exams and achieve very good marks.
    Other: As starting a career in business administration is related to doing an MBA, and an MBA will cost around 15-20 lakhs, spending less on a BBA will be a very good option. A university like VIT has a brand value and face value. The college life in VIT is very vibrant, and there are many cultural fests happening frequently on the campus.

    A very good and decent college with nice infrastructure and lovely campus life.
    Placements: VIT is known for having good placements. For example, in 2024, two students received the highest salary package of INR 88 Lacs per annum. The average package is around 10 Lacs per annum. All of this information is about VIT Vellore campus only. In 2023, the highest package was INR 1.02 CPA.
    Infrastructure: A/C labs and a large library both are the highlights, I feel. It has the world's largest Thirukkural book ever made, which is located in the library. The full campus is very cool as there are many trees in it. Greenery all around the campus. Vellore as a city is very hot, but inside the campus, it doesn’t feel so.
    Faculty: Faculty members are decent, but a few have the North-South bias (I personally feel that). But there are a few really good faculty members who are available all the time when students need them. All doubts are easily cleared. They teach you in either of the languages you talk in—Hindi, Tamil, or English.

    Bachelor of Business Administration at VIT University.
    Placements: For BBA, the placements are good according to their fee structure. More than 90 percent of students were placed. The highest package is 4 to 5 LPA, and a maximum of 2 students only get this. Others will get average and low. The average package is 3 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. Most startups from Bangalore and Chennai come for placement. Mostly the roles offered are Sales and Business Development. Sometimes Finance, but rarely. They don't provide any internships; you should search for them on your own.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really very good. They have good labs for students. Also, our college provides free Wi-Fi, but sometimes the signal is weak. They have a well-advanced, high-class library. I'm not a hosteller, so I don't know much about the hostel facilities. The rooms are neat and clean. The food was of average quality.
    Faculty: The teachers are well-educated, and all of them hold Ph.D. degrees from top universities like IIM, and IIT. The course curriculum is related to industry readiness. Passing the semester is not that difficult. If you start preparing for the exam 2 days before, you can easily crack it. Our university follows relative grading, which means your grade is based on the class average mark.
    Other: I chose VIT because VIT is well known for its reputation and rankings.

    You are too lucky when you get admission in VIT.
    Placements: Placements are very good compared to other universities, with flexible options for students in VIT Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The campus has 24/7 security, and top companies visit every academic year. The average package is also good for every student.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the maintenance of both the college and hostel is also commendable. There is full security and ambulance service available at any time, along with good food in the mess all over the VIT campus. Additionally, there is bus service for students and auto services near the hostels.
    Faculty: The faculty is highly rated, and the exam schedules are good. The VITIAN app is extremely useful for students, particularly for attendance. The curriculum is excellent, and there is flexibility with faculty, along with many more facilities provided for students.
    Other: 100% value for money compared to other private universities.

    VIT is a place where you can get a lot more exposure and do good in your studies too.
    Placements: You shouldn't have any backlogs during the final semester to be eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, and many other MNCs visit our campus for recruitment. The highest package offered is 88 LPA to a B.Tech student, while the average is 5 LPA. Most students with skills and no backlogs get placed during these sessions. My plan is to either pursue an MBA at the same university or to get selected in the placements.
    Infrastructure: VIT boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure that rivals some of the best institutions globally. Its sprawling campus spans acres, featuring modern academic buildings equipped with advanced laboratories, libraries, and research facilities. University prioritizes technology integration, evident in its smart classrooms, high-speed internet connectivity, and digital resources accessible to students and faculty alike. Additionally, VIT's infrastructure includes amenities such as sports complexes, auditoriums, hostels, and dining facilities, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for learning and personal development. The library is fully air-conditioned and has wide range of books. Digital library is also available. Classrooms are fully furnished and classes are taken through projectors. Our university conducts a lot of sports and extracurricular activities on campus as well as off campus. We have lots and lots of clubs which are quite active and conduct a lot of activities for engagement. I am a day scholar so I don't have any personal experience in hostels. But I have heard from my hostel friends that the food is quite good and the atmosphere is also fun. You can go on an outing too.
    Faculty: One of the pillars of VIT's academic excellence is its faculty members, who are highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated to nurturing students' intellectual growth. Faculty comprises experts in various fields, including engineering, sciences, management, and humanities, bringing diverse perspectives and knowledge to the classroom. Moreover, VIT emphasizes a student-centric approach to teaching, with faculty members actively engaging students through interactive lectures, practical demonstrations, and collaborative projects. Their mentorship extends beyond academics, guiding students in research endeavors, career planning, and overall holistic development.
    Other: I chose BBA as I was interested in it. The quality of education provided is good. University has very liberal rules in terms of dressing and all. At VIT College, the faculty members play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience and academic journey of students. With a focus on providing quality education and fostering a conducive learning environment, the college emphasizes hiring highly qualified faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. We have 2 internal exams that are CAT 1 and CAT 2. CAT 2 is an open book exam where most of the questions are in applied form. The semester exam is called FAT. The exams are quite easy if you have learnt something, you will be able to pass the subject. Your internal marks play a major role in passing a subject. The annual fest are 2, one is called Gravitas which is totally related to studies while the other one is raved by everyone, its called Riviera. A list of celebrities like Arman Malik, Andrea, G. V prakash, Saindhavi, Samantha, and many have visited during the fest for performances. It happens for 3 days. There are pre shows too. The tickets are a little bit expensive.

    Placements: Placements were great. There was a dedicated placement committee for recruitment. The entire process was well-executed. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, ITC, HUL, etc.
    Infrastructure: Facilities were excellent. The infrastructure was very good. The food served in the mess was decent. It was a good college in all aspects.
    Faculty: Teachers were great. They were experienced and knowledgeable. They also provided in-depth knowledge to students. Teachers always clarify our doubts. The teaching quality was better to make us understand every topic easily. Semester exams were not difficult.
