The CSE placements at VIT Vellore is good. According to the the unofficial online sources, the VIT Vellore CSE avearge package secured by BTech batch 2025 stood at INR 8.13 LPA. The median package offered was INR 6 LPA. A total of 315 CSE students secured the salary of more than INR 20 LPA. For that in the non-core branches, you have to secure under 50k rank and if you want to take admission in core branches then you have to secure under 10k rank. For CSE, you have to score under 1k and for ECE under 5k rank.

Vellore Institute of Technology offers 66 UG, 58 PG, 15 integrated and two each of Research and M.Tech (Industrial) courses across multiple streams.
