IIT Madras Cutoff 2017 For OBC All India Category
For the OBC category students, the Last Round closing ranks ranged between 80 and 2658, among which CSE was the most competitive course. As compared to the General AI category, completion was tough for OBC category students to get admission to the CSE course at IIT Madras in 2017. IIT Madras Cutoff 2024 was concluded for BTech/Integrated BTech/BS, on the basis of candidates' performance in JEE Advanced exam. The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Madras - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 3259. In 2022, it increased to 3881. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 1584 to 1666 for OBC, 961 to 1248 for SC, 558 to 500 for ST, 610 to 862 for EWS, 86 to 165 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow.
