As compared to the General AI category students, the Last Round closing rank for BTech in CSE is much higher for the General Female category students. The Round 1 and the Last Round closing rank for BTech in CSE was 644 for the Female category under the AII India Quota. For other courses, candidates can refer to the table below:
The JEE Advanced 2023 cutoff for Round 6 at IIT Madras has been released. During the IIT Madras cutoff 2023, the Round 1 and the last round clsoing cutoff rank were 144 and 148, respectively for the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering course. The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Madras - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 3259. In 2022, it increased to 3881. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 1584 to 1666 for OBC, 961 to 1248 for SC, 558 to 500 for ST, 610 to 862 for EWS, 86 to 165 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow.
