IIIT Delhi cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1, on the basis of JEE Main ranks, followed by JAC Delhi counselling. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India and Home State quota. The cutoff was released for admission to various BTech specialisations. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks ranged between 63 and 579 for the All India quota candidates. Among the General Home State category candidates, the cutoff ranks ranged between 168 and 2924. Meanwhile, for the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 1032 and 2320. Out of all the specialisations, the most difficult one among the OBC AI category candidates was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the cutoff rank of 1032. Among the General All India category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 63 and 579. The most sought-after specialisation among the General AI category candidates was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering due to its toughest cutoff rank. IIIT Delhi OBC category cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for both the All India and Home State category candidates. Among the OBC All India category candidates, the range of cutoff was between 168 and 13528. The top three specialisations among the OBC AI category candidates were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and BTech in Computer Science and Economics. Among the SC AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff among the All India quota was in the range of 4300 and 9539, and for the Home State quota, it stood between 10049 and 19486. The overall competition was higher among the students belonging to the All India quota as compared to the Home State quota. BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence stood as the toughest BTech specialisation among the Home State quota.
