JAC Delhi Cutoff for IIIT Delhi: Round and Category Wise Ranks & Trends

IIIT Delhi cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1, on the basis of JEE Main ranks, followed by JAC Delhi counselling. Given below are the round 1 cutoff ranks for the General category candidates belonging to the All India and Home State quotas. The cutoff was released for candidates seeking admission to the BTech specialisation on the basis of JAC Delhi counselling. Among the General All India category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 63 and 579. The most sought-after specialisation among the General AI category candidates was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering due to its toughest cutoff rank. On the other hand, the least competitive specialisation was BTech in Electronics and VLSI Engineering, with the cutoff rank of 2924 in the first round.

JAC Delhi Cutoff for IIIT Delhi: Round 1 Closing Ranks for OBC AI & HS Quotas 

IIIT Delhi OBC category cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for both the All India and Home State category candidates. Among the OBC All India category candidates, the range of cutoff was between 168 and 13528. The top three specialisations among the OBC AI category candidates were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and BTech in Computer Science and Economics. JAC Delhi Cutoff for IIIT Delhi: Round 1 Closing Ranks for SC AI & HS Quotas 

Among the SC AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff among the All India quota was in the range of 4300 and 9539, and for the Home State quota, it stood between 10049 and 19486. The overall competition was higher among the students belonging to the All India quota as compared to the Home State quota. BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence stood as the toughest BTech specialisation among the Home State quota. For BTech in CS & AI, the round 1 cutoff rank among the All India quota candidates was 4300, whereas, among the Home State quota, the cutoff for the same course stood at 10049. For admission to CS & AI, the level of competitiveness was higher among the All India quota in comparison to the Home State quota. 

JAC Delhi Cutoff for IIIT Delhi: Round 1 Closing Ranks for ST AI & HS Quotas 

Tabulated below are the round 1 and last round IIIT Delhi cutoff 2025 for the ST AI and ST HS quotas. The range of cutoff among the AI quota was between 2782 and 15840. Similarly, for the HS quota candidates, the cutoff ranged between 21708 and 25925. It was evident that the level of competition was higher among the ST AI category candidates in comparison to the ST HS category candidates. The toughest specialisation among the All India quota as well as the Home State quota candidates was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. JAC Delhi BTech cutoff 2025 was based on JEE Main and JAC Delhi counselling. The cutoff was released for the first round, for both All India as well Home State quota candidates. Among the EWS All India category students, the cutoff ranks varied between 464 and 1454. The most stringent cutoff was for admission to BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, among the AI quota. For the same category, the second toughest specialisation was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the round 1 cutoff rank of 484. After BTech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, the second most popular specialisation, the second most favourite specialisation among PWD HS  category students was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing cutoff of 15977.
