If a student scores 60% and above marks in aggregate, he will receive 1st class or division. Again, 2nd class or division is awarded to a student, if he scores 45% and above marks in aggregate. ‘P’ in the result denotes “Pass” while ‘F’ denotes ‘Fail’.
The students who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in both theory and practical papers in the present semester will be able to sit for the next semester examination. If a candidate fails in one or two papers in a semester, he will get a chance to clear those ‘Back Papers’ in the next subsequent semester.
If a student is not satisfied with his/her Mumbai University Results 2019, he/she may apply for re-evaluation. The rules and regulations for re-evaluation are printed on the result. For re-evaluation, the students would have to download the Re-evaluation form from the official website and then submit it filling up the details. The requisite fee for re-evaluation is to be deposited online using the credit/debit card or through online banking mode. The university will also publish the re-evaluation results online. The students can check their re-evaluation results following the same procedure. Fresh mark sheets will be issued to them if there is a change in marks after re-evaluation.
