CBSE 10th Toppers List 2026; District-wise Toppers Name & Marks
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release CBSE 10th top performers 2026 for second board exam. The policy of releasing CBSE 10th toppers was discontinued in 2020. The board took this decision to avoid unhealthy competition. CBSE 10th toppers 2026 or top performers list provided on this page was curated based on the feedback shared by students.
CBSE Class 10 result 2026 for first board exam was announced on April 30. The overall pass percentage was 93.70%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 94.99%. The pass percentage among boys was 92.6%.

CBSE does not release Class 10 toppers list. This process intends to reduce undue academic pressure and avoid unhealthy competition among students. Though CBSE does not declare the topper's list, the board issues merit certificates to the top 0.1% of students in each subject. Students can check CBSE 10th result 2026 on cbse.gov.in, DigiLocker, and UMANG.

The CBSE centres are notified by the school authorities. Students can find their exam centre on the CBSE admit card 2025.
It is advised that students visit their exam centre at least once before the final exams begin. This is so that are a little better prepared in case they find any traffic while reaching the centre.
To pass CBSE 10th Board exam, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject including theory and practical/internal assessments. For Theory paper, students must secure atleast 27 marks. For internal assessment, students must secure at least 7 out of 20
You must not forget to carry your CBSE 10th admit card on all exam days. In case you forget, you will not be allowed to write the exam. Along with the CBSE admit card, students must also carry their pens, pencils, ruler. geometry box etc.
