Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release CBSE 10th top performers 2026 for second board exam. The policy of releasing CBSE 10th toppers was discontinued in 2020. The board took this decision to avoid unhealthy competition. CBSE 10th toppers 2026 or top performers list provided on this page was curated based on the feedback shared by students.
CBSE Class 10 result 2026 for first board exam was announced on April 30. The overall pass percentage was 93.70%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 94.99%. The pass percentage among boys was 92.6%.

CBSE does not release Class 10 toppers list. This process intends to reduce undue academic pressure and avoid unhealthy competition among students. Though CBSE does not declare the topper's list, the board issues merit certificates to the top 0.1% of students in each subject.
