CBSE Class 10th SST Weightage: Section-wise Marks Distribution

The Board has divided the 100 marks into two parts: Theory exam for 80 marks, and practical exam for 20 marks. The CBSE Class 10th Theory exam has 4 sections in the SST exam, each of which is assigned the same weightage of around 20 marks in the final exam. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the CBSE 10th supplementary result 2026 in the first week of August 2026. The result is released on the official website- cbse.nic.in. Students can check their CBSE compartment result 2026 using their login credentials as mentioned in the CBSE 10th admit card 2026 for compartment exams. It should be noted that the CBSE compartment result 2026 class 10 released online is provisional in nature. Students will need to collect the original mark sheet from their schools respectively.

A:

The doors of the examination hall will open 45 minutes before the time specified for the starting of the exam, i.e at 9.45 am. Students must be in their seats 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the exam. No students will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 10 am.
