The application fees for the Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore BTech programme depend on the choice of channel of admission. Candidates who wish to apply with a JEE Main score are required to pay only INR 500. Those who wish to apply and appear for the AEEE exam are required to pay an application fee of INR 1,200.

Students seeking admissions at Amrita School of Engineering can secure admissions only through the prescribed entrance tests of JEE Mains and AEEE. As such, there is no apparent method for direct admissions. Students who qualify for the JEE Mains need not take the AEEE exam.
