BMSIT is a good college for the teach branches only.

Placements: I am in civil engineering but placement in my branch is not very good. Placements in CSE or ISE or other teach branches are very good compared to civil engineering or the highest placement last year was 48 LPA and the average package is around 10 LPA for top branches.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and the classes are also good. They provide fans and good lighting in the classroom and it feels like a nice place. The hostel is provided only for boys on the campus and the girl's hostel is 5 km away from the campus. The college provides transportation to the hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members are good but some faculty members are doing nothing like they came and read the PPT and go. Some faculty members are very good and experienced in their subjects. BMSIT is an autonomous college so the college itself conducts the exams and all so the exams are not that difficult.

Other: BMSIT conducts a hostel fest called Kalarava or a summer fest called Utsaha Vaibhava.

It is the best top 5 engineering college in Bengaluru for sure.

Placements: BMSIT&M is amazing for IT branches like CSE, ISE, AIML, etc. But when it comes to core branches the packages offered and the number of companies visiting are comparatively low. As I am pursuing civil engineering in this college, the maximum package you can expect as a fresher from the college is 6 LPA. But on an average the package offered is 4 LPA. I am not saying this is bad, this is actually what's to be expected from any college. So, placements are amazing for IT, and for core it is average. But without a doubt, this college offers 100% placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise whatever you ask it is there. We have a massive green campus. Parking space, cricket nets, football ground (not turf), table tennis, chess, basketball court, volleyball court and a gym are available. A massive spacious library is there with different books for different professions. Labs are all massive with the latest systems. I am not a hostel student but in my friends opinion, it is amazing. Hostel students have their own fest. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours, and food is amazing. It is all nice. Overall, I would rate 8 out of 10.

Faculty: I am from the civil department and let me tell you, all of our professors are very well experienced and intellectual. All of them are very nice and kind. They help you with any kind of doubt. They are always there for you no matter what the matter is. They'll make sure you have masters and no matter how long it takes. They have very good practical knowledge too. The lab teachers are amazing. The minimum degree you need to become a professor here is a Ph.D. so it is explanatory.

Other: As a civil engineering student, I can assure you that the next 4 years of life are going to be the best years you'll have. Every even semester we have the college fest. They take you out on industrial visits every year. They teach you new updated software and new skills every year. The attendance requirement here is minimum 85%. Freshers day is conducted department wise and it is a memorable day. Our seniors are very nice and open people. They conduct even inter-college tournaments such as hackathons and many more. The BIS came to our college to conduct a program.

Good faculty members, good placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Our batch got good placements. Many people from our batch are placed in both core as well as IT companies. Many people got a chance to do internship in top companies. They got an opportunity in NHAI,CMTI etc. I can not mention the exact value of the package. But about 60% people are being placed .

Infrastructure: Good area for canteen, sports and games. Good area for studying, library which provides full peace of mind. Good amount of books are available in the library. People enjoy the environment here, it is full of greenery which gives full peace to mind enhancing one to not get stressed or bored.

Faculty: Exam is conducted which is helpful in semester exams. Teachers try to complete the syllabus including the competitive exams like GATE. It is not difficult for anybody to pass the exams if efforts are fruitful. One can easily pass exam even without constant studying.

Other: The fest is being conducted so well that we get a chance to enjoy at high range. We had all activities like ethnic day, etc.

Review of BMS Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: Around 82% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiters are Byjus, Shoba, Prestige, and Brigade. Almost 76% of students got internships in companies like Shoba, Prestige, and Brigade. Top roles offered are manager, teacher, etc.

Infrastructure: Facility and facilities are good in our college. Wi-Fi is available but the password is very hard to connect. Laboratory is well-equipped. Digital library is available. The hostel fee structure is huge.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not good. Our course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students ready for the industry. Semester examinations are not difficult, and the pass percentage is 86%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it.

It is an average college but provides good life and adorable campus.

Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in our course this year. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA, the lowest salary package is 3 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Byjus, Atkins, Brigade, etc. Around 60% of students get internships at Shoba and Prestige. Top roles offered are manager, teacher, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good building with modern classrooms, Wi-Fi with a speed of 100 Mbps, and modernised digital recording library. Hostel is costly but its quality is good and is according to price. Food served in hostel is tasty. There is sports and other gathering. Medical facility and the best security is available at any time. Ragging is banned in our hostel.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified and knowledgeable but they are not good at speaking English. Teaching quality is not good. The course curriculum includes topics that are not needed. Students do not get ready for industry. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 85%.

Other: I chose this course for my future which will differently start with a good low-level example inspired by sir M. Vishaveshwaraya. Our college should provide good infrastructure on campus. Events like Utsaha and Vaibhava are celebrated very well in our college.

I failed in 2nd PU PCMCs and unable to complete my supplementary. Can I join other courses like BE or Diploma without passing 2nd PU?

It is mandatory to complete 2nd PU by passing all the subjects. It is not easy to get admissions in UG without clearing 2nd PU from a recognized board with minimum qualifying percentage.
