I am satisfied with our college.

Placements: A good number of placements are offered to students here. The maximum number of students from ECE, CS and IT courses got placed in recent years. However, in the previous year, a mechanical student got the highest salary package of 24 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and buildings. The food served in the hostel is quite good. Our college has a swimming pool, cricket stadium, football stadium, basketball court, volleyball court and many other facilities. There is a huge library where students can read, and an online library is also available.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are good. They have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. There is another department named centre of excellence where teachers from different companies visit our college to make us understand how machines work in big companies.

Other: Our college celebrates an annual fest every year for two days. Some extra NGO programmes and Diwali night are also organised. There is the best centre of excellence in entire Asia.

good place to look for future but if looking for a little fun then it's not the place for you.

Placements: This is one of the best engineering colleges in Odisha and is known for its record placements. In 2020, more than 98% of students were placed in well-known companies with an average package of Rs 4-4.5 lacs. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google are also involved in the placements.

Infrastructure: The campus is great to look out for, and the hostels are also quite good in infrastructure. But one thing is that there are strict rules which have to be followed and certain restrictions, unlike in other colleges. Although the campus is good enough, there is a lack of classrooms to involve as many students. Apart from the strict restrictions in a hostel, the hostel food is also a source of concern, so I recommend that you avoid the hostel if you want to have some fun.

Faculty: All the faculty members are Ph.D. or of equal level of qualification, and regular tests are taken during the regular classes. Regular labs and practicals are done. Unlike in other colleges here, the exams are held in a strict manner. And if anyone is caught copying or cheating, they must pay a fine. Classroom activities are the things that need to be concerned about. You need to be very careful about your attendance and on-class activities.

Other: Since everyone was doing CSE, there was tough competition there. I've chosen EEE as it has both electrical and electronics included. I would suggest that various faculty members be included in this course. Since I'm in my first year now, I don't know much about festivals and activities are done here, but maybe we'll get these things soon.
