I am satisfied with the teaching, placements, and some infrastructure.
Placements: My field is medical biotechnology, and there are no such placements from the college till now. Only internship programs are provided. Students have to search for a job on their own. The college only helps in making a portfolio. Mostly, students from our field opt for higher studies. From college, only 4-5 students out of 60 got placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi works average. The hostel is good, but the food is not worth the money. It is a little expensive. The management is not good as students had food poisoning, but no action is taken against it, and it is left as it is, and the issue is not solved.
Faculty: Teachers are well-trained. Some teachers have a lot of knowledge but are not able to explain it to students. Overall, staff members and professors are highly educated. They make students industry-ready. Semester exams in college are difficult, but if we study well, we will manage to pass exams.
Other: Medical biotechnology is one of the emerging fields in the present day since COVID-19, so I chose it. A little more knowledge is required to spread among people regarding this course and its importance in the future. Events are moderate in the college, and it has a nice connectivity. Some scholarships are available to a few students in some specific categories and not to all.

All the professors were highly qualified.
Placements: In our college, almost 100% of students get on-campus placements. The average package offered for our course was 4 LPA. The top recruiters are from the pharmaceutical and medical fields. Almost all the students get internships in the labs and hostels aligned with the college. Top roles offered in our course are lab technician, pharmaceuticals etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities at the college are much better than at the other college. The college has labs that are properly equipped for the various lab practicals. The college has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Facilities in the college hostel were good. All sports facilities were available at the college. The food in the college canteen and hostel mess was comparatively good.
Faculty: All the teachers in the institute were highly qualified and knowledgeable. They taught us really well. Teachers were very supportive and helpful. Teachers used to perform all the lab experiments and guide us correctly regarding the experiments. Exams at the college are easy to pass. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry.

I am satisfied with the faculty, good placements and a good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 60% of the students from our course got placed as interns in pharmaceutical companies. Usually, at this level, they get hired as interns with an average salary of Rs. 25,000 per month in a pharmaceutical company. Some top recruiting companies like Birla, Serum Institute Pune and AISSER. All the students got an internship and projects in the course in Universities like PU and companies like Serum Institute. Top roles offered in our course are as a research associate in any of the subfields like developmental biology, immunology, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has 5 floors, and it is very spacious with well-maintained labs on every floor. The library is good and well-stocked. The availability of books does give some trouble. Wi-Fi facility is available only for the teaching staff and in the Bioinformatics labs, but it has good speed. Classrooms are spacious, with good lighting and ventilation. Food served in the mess is good. A lot of Maharashtra cuisine is served here. Non-vegetarian food is also served on a specific day of the week. The mess is clean, but there will be insects on the floor. The cafeteria serves good food at a reasonable price. There is not much ground for sports, but a lot of sports are played. Our college has respective teams for competitions. The hostel is huge and spacious with each room holding 3 girls. There is a water cooler in alternate floors with cold water and a private washroom. A balcony is shared between two rooms where clothes are hung. There are ladies who come every day to clean the rooms and wash clothes along with the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are extremely knowledgeable. They have complete knowledge of their subject with years of research experience at top universities abroad. The course curriculum is relevant with extra information provided by the teachers. Students get knowledge about how different apparatus works and how every step of an experiment is planned. The course curriculum is very well structured with constant revisions, so it is up to date with the latest discoveries or technologies.
Other: Every year, our college organises two major fests in the month of April, which include a lot of sports competitions. Scholarships are available for students who have financial problems. Since the college is on the highway, there is not much scenery, but the noise of the highway doesn't reach college. Overall, it is a good private college.

There are good infrastructure and facilities with average placements.
Placements: Very few students desired for opting jobs after completion of the degree. Compared to it, the college placements were average and offering salary packages of around 2-3 LPA. Apart from it, all the students got internships and were placed at famous research institutes.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well established and equipped. Highly functional and well-equipped labs are present on the campus. Hostel facilities, the mess and canteen facilities are pretty decent. The college has space for both indoor and outdoor games and encourages students to participate in the same actively.
Faculty: All the staff members and teachers are extremely well qualified and specialised in their own arena. Teachers are very helpful and also helps in career counselling. The course curriculum is well designed, incorporating nearly all the spheres of biotechnology.
Other: I opted out for the course as it was different from others. The course had many practical implications, and this makes it even more interesting. The application of theoretical concepts makes it more relevant and challenging.

Amazing infrastructure and lab facilities but very disappointing placements.
Placements: 30% of students only got selected in Omics international. No other company recruited the students. All of them got packages upto 2-3 Lacs. Some students got internship in Serum, Lupin and Intas through their connections. The college did not help in any of it. No top roles were offered. 50% of students got internship.
Infrastructure: There are 21 kind of labs in our college. It is equipped with various devices amd instruments. It has a big library containing various types of books. Classrooms are spacious and ventilated. Hostel rooms were pretty good. The quality of food is mess was unfortunately not that great. Every Wednesday a doctor used to visit for medical checkup. Only table tennis was available.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were very helpful and all were Ph.Ds with many years of experience. The teaching quality overall was average. The course curriculum was not upto the mark. It should be improved and more refined. No the curriculum did not make the students industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because of my liking towards biology and concepts related to it. The best thing is that we do not need to study botany in it. There should have been more practical classes and hands on training. Every year there is college fest called Cytosol where students show their extracurricular skills and have lots of fun.

Great course. Amazing knowledge level. Dissatisfied with placement.
Placements: Since the course is relatively new, placements are low. Biocell from Hyderabad had hired most students. But placements have relatively increased. If percentage was taken 25 percent people were placed in Hyderabad. The roles offered were of research trainees and junior researchers. Most students opted to go abroad and study.
Infrastructure: The college has an amazing infrastructure, in house hostel facility which is only for the first and second-year students but makes an exception if required. Well-equipped laboratory and Library services. Mess food is edible and has a variety. Four meals are served. Medical facilities are not available in the campus though there are primary services available. In case of emergency, people are taken to Pimpri Dy. Patil hospital.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified with Ph.D. and well-equipped in knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to the Industry. However, the employment ability of students after the course is done is quite less. They often have no other option than searching for jobs alone or try going abroad. Which is not always an option for everyone.
Other: I chose the course because of the amazing syllabus it offered. The well-equipped laboratory. If I could improve anything I would improve the placements.

Satisfied with college and crowd. Dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: Companies do come here, but you will not get best opportunity. If you want to go to foreign countries and study then this is the right place to take admission. Companies like sciformix and biotechnika comes here and the package is around 2 to 2.5 lac per annum. Placement cell is not doing a great job and I am very disappointed with the placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. All the required labs for course is available. Good support from Dr. D. y. Patil medical college if any thing is needed. Library has all the required books and there is a digital library too and computer lab is good too. 2 classes can be run in the computer lab. There is one super computer too.
Faculty: Faculty and Course is one of the finest. You'll learn so much if you are interested in biotechnology. Even bioinformatics is good. Dr. Swamy of bioinformatics will help you in every aspect of you're taking bioinformatics. Good subjects like human anatomy and physiology, bioinformatics, tissue engineering and transplantation artificial organs and transplantation. Good and skilled teachers with enormous knowledge.
Other: Crowd is amazing. All the fashionable and elite people of big metropolitan cities come here for studies.

No specific cut off's, you need to give entrance exam conducted by the university, in which you have to score at least 50% for taking admission.
