IIT Jammu Cutoff 2026: JEE Advanced Previous Years Closing Rank

The IIT Jammu JAM cutoff 2024 was concluded after the release of it's last round. The cutoff ranks closed at the range of 734-879, among the General AI category candidates. Therefore, it is possible to get IIT Jammu with this rank in IIT JAM.The Cutoff ranks for the last-round in respect of the General AI category is given in the table below:

IIT Jammu JAM Cutoff 2024 is out for Round 2. The most competitive course as per the Cutoff was M.Sc in Chemistry, with a closing rank of 705. For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff rank for M.Sc in Chemistry is 1032. 

If the Cutoff score is more than 705, there is no scope for admission to M.Sc in Chemistry in any other IIT. 

The IIT Jammu MSc cutoff 2025 has been released wherein the M.Sc. in Chemistry is the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 714 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive course is M.Sc.in Physics with a cutoff rank of 759. 

IIT Jammu admission to the MSc course is based on IIT JAM scores, followed by the IIT JAM counselling process. Only candidates on the JAM merit list based on JAM  scorecard will be eligible to apply for admission. 

IIIT Allahabad accpets JEE Main score for admission to the BTech courses. As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech. 

So, considering the previous year Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks, candidates seeking admission to IIIT Allahabad must secure a rank over and above 4800 and 9600 for the General ALL India category candidates.

For 2023, cut off was 7855 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Mathematics and Computing at IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

For 2025, IIT Jammu closing cut off was 6651 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Jammu. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 11104 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, closing rank was 11399 in 2025. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, closing rank for female candidates was 19155. Admission to B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Kanpur is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For the General All India quota, the last round of the IIT Jammu M.Sc. cutoff 2025 ranged from 714 to 759, with M.Sc. in Chemistry being the most competitive for admission. In the first round, the closing rank for the same specialisation was 645.
