Good placements at IIT Kanpur.

Placements: The top roles were Data scientist, MSE Core, SDE, etc. The top companies that visited the campus were Bajaj, Jaguar Landrover, etc. All the students had an option to opt for placements or go for research. Those who are interested in research can go abroad also. Most of the students who are interested in research can get a role easily because of the college tag.

Infrastructure: The department is so good. The rooms and classroom are well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The lab is well-equipped with high-tech instruments, and all the lab equipment is present. The courses are taught very well. Practical knowledge is well-emphasized.

Faculty: The faculty members are supportive. The exams are not very tough if you study sincerely. All the questions asked are of normal difficulty. You can go to the professor's office also if you have any doubts and want to discuss anything with the professor. The course content is matched with the industry-level knowledge.
