IIT Kharagpur MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2026
IIT Kharagpur MBA is a full-time programme offered via its Vinod Gupta School of Management. This postgraduate programme runs for a duration of two years. Moreover, under this course, students get to choose from seven specialisations and one micro specialisation. The flagship programme is a residential programme for graduate Engineers and those with a master's degree in Science, Economics and Commerce.
For IIT Kharagpur MBA admissions, candidates need to qualify CAT followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview round. The minimum CAT percentile required is 90 for general category students. For NC-OBC and SC/ST/PwD, the minimum CAT percentile required is 80 and 75, respectively. The mode of application for CAT is completely online. Additionally, aspirants need to submit a duly filled application form along with the required documents and the application fee by visiting the official website of IIT Kharagpur's Industrial and Management Engineering (IME). The stepwise application process is given below:
1: Visit the official website of IME IIT Kharagpur and click on 'Apply Now' when the applications are available.
