It's a beautiful college with the best infrastructure, good placements and is the best for research.

Placements: This year 100% of the students got placed with an average salary package of 18 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung Engineering, Deloitte and Flipkart. Mainly consultancy, IT and core technical companies are the top sectors that recruited the majority of students. Placements are good, and it is improving every year. So, when you would graduate, it would be very similar to an old IIT.

Infrastructure: The main campus of IIT Ropar is very good. There are buildings for every departmen...

You won't regret joining this college.

Placements: In recent official statistics (2019-2020), the placement percentage of computer science is 97.5%, with a median package of 24 Lacs per annum. I am not sure about the packages. The average package is 24.58 LPA. Every company visits here except for 2-3 finance-related companies.

Infrastructure: As our campus is new, we have amazing hostels, LAN with a speed of 900 Mbps, common room (with TV), laundry, and three cafes. A huge library is still under construction, and it may be completed in 4-5 months. We have a good...

IIT Ropar is becoming great with marvellous campus and good placements.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students from the CSE branch who attend placements will get placed, while for electrical and IT branches, the placement rate is 87%. For mechanical, the placement rate is 70%. Most of the students got placed in the IT industry, while some companies such as TI, Hero, etc., also visited here for core branches. Overall, placements are good at IIT Ropar.

Infrastructure: As IIT Ropar was built recently, i.e., in 2008, the entire infrastructure is new and is in good shape. The library, lecture halls...

I am satisfied because of the excellent faculty members, courses, and decent placements.

Placements: Around 83% of the students got placed from our college. The lowest salary package offered is 6.7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 20 LPA. Top recruiters of our college are Jaguar Land Rover, Saavn, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, Arista, Ceremorphic, Ericsson, and SignalChip. Around 25% of the students got internships from our college in companies like Gemini Solutions, and National Chiao Tung University. Roles offered are SDE, analog design engineer, digital design engineer, and power ...

As IIT ropar is stabilised in 2008 is not as much good as old IITs.

Placements: Last year more than 85% students were placed from mechanical engineering. Agravage package is 7 lack. Tata motors, airtel, Amazon, Google, GS and many other top companies come for placement and internships. Basically tha the highest package is offered to CSE people which is 20-30 lac.

Infrastructure: As we all know IIT ropar is an IIT which is stabilised in 2008 with other 8 IITs, so the infrastructure is better than old IITs. Hostel and department have the facilities of Wi-Fi. Mess and departments are air condi...
