Candidate must have passed Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3 years after 10th) or Diploma in Computer Applications/ IT (2 years/ 1 year after 10+2) or equivalent with English language requirement. Candidate must have passed English course in 10th or higher examination or must have completed education in some university/ school where English has been the instruction of language.
