A story begins now in Saveetha Engineering College. I hope to go with a good feeling.

Placements: I think about 97 percent of students placed on the banners & flex shows. Companies like Qualcomm, Amazon, and Infosys offer computer-based courses. Not an idea about an internship right now. College looks like a well-organized placements cell; seniors face a test of soft & coding skills every time.

Infrastructure: Well-equipped labs are surrounded by noise protection glasses. The hostel has two parts: one is new with full AC rooms, and the other is a mix of AC & Non-AC rooms. The hostel is cleanly maintained by crowd members. The mess has a full AC dining area, with North Indian catering service. Medical & technical support is ready 24/7. Sports are well supported for hostel students.

Faculty: Faculty members are extremely friendly on & off the campus. The curriculum is fast-paced and allows us to learn new things because of flexible learning. Exams are conducted every 45 days, meaning a semester. 90 days is split into 45+45. One is called skill-based courses, and the other is called foundation-based courses.

Other: All about the TNEA counseling matters; the choice of the college is sudden. It's good that AIML is a developing field now. In every class, we should change classrooms and commit to new learners. Clubs are active and link with seniors easily. They provide merit scholarships. I entered with a 7.5 reservation quota under TNEA.

Review of Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai.

Placements: I joined just a few months ago, and I trust it's true about the placement range. The banners and flexes show the packages of 36 LPA in Qualcomm and 26 LPA in Wipro. I think the recruiters surround Saveetha Engineering College for the future because the curriculum is great for future technology. Most of my seniors completed internships within a short time before. As I am a first-year student, I noted the special aspects of my college, but one thing to mention is SCOFT - Saveetha Consortium for Future Technologies (Soft) with courses in CSE, AIDS, IT, and AIML under Soft. The remaining courses are categorized as non-soft courses.

Infrastructure: A new hostel is under construction now, the old hostel is occupied mostly by non-AC rooms. There are many bathrooms and restrooms as well. Water and electricity support is excellent 24/7. The food is average, and most of the morning breakfast is poor. The college has good infrastructure with AC support. Wi-Fi connectivity is inconsistent at times. Labs are strictly maintained with discipline, and restrooms are available on all six floors.

Faculty: Especially this year, our college planned to split classes of 90 into 45 and 45. Once those 45 days is completed, students write the semesters for the particular course. I think this system is only now being followed by Saveetha Engineering College. C and Python programming courses are affected by this system, and students feel the pressure. Other: I took the AIDS course at Saveetha Engineering College. I learned the concepts very quickly. Flexi learning is very supportive for me because students from other departments are also there with many ideas. Saveetha Engineering College is always connected with events and fests. Crowd connectivity and surroundings are good as well. Scholarships are good, but the conditions seem somewhat strict, as they require 80% above in semesters. Extracurricular activities are good. I noticed the senior students on my first day of college.

Placements: In the passed-out batch, our college shows a placement record of around 80% of students. The highest package is 12 LPA. The average package is around 5.5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are IBM, HCL, and TCS.

Infrastructure: We can give full marks for our college infrastructure. We have smart classrooms with good equipment, including smart boards, LED projectors, and internet access. We have the best computer labs with over 1200 systems and Wi-Fi connections that cover hostels and classrooms.

Faculty: The department is led by highly qualified professional faculty with experience. They conduct webinars and workshops regularly. The curriculum emphasizes 70% theory and hands-on learning in smart labs, with a focus on activity-based and smart-based learning.

Data Science with Charu at Saveetha.

Placements: I’m currently doing my Data Science course, and my batch has around 120 students. It’s a pretty solid course, and placements haven’t really been a big worry for most of us. Almost everyone gets placed through the college. The recent companies that came for recruitment are KAAR, TCS, Cognizant, and Mr. Cooper. The highest package offered so far is 17 LPA, and the lowest is around 4 LPA. The last company that came is KAAR Technology.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities here are really good, with separate hostels for boys and girls. One of the best parts is that we even have the option to choose individual rooms if we prefer more privacy. The canteen and mess services are decent too, offering a good variety of food that’s manageable for daily student life. On the academic side, the college has several well-equipped labs like the Full Stack lab, DBMS lab, and Blockchain lab. These labs play a big role in helping us gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge, which is way more effective than just relying on theory.

Faculty: Faculty here are really talented and well-qualified. They know their subjects well, and the way they teach makes it easy to understand. Honestly, the teaching quality has been pretty solid throughout. One thing that really stands out in this college is something called the FLEXI Learn system. It’s a unique setup where students get to choose their own subjects based on their interests. This actually helps a lot, especially during exam time, because it takes off a lot of pressure and lets us focus on what we’re really comfortable with.

Other: It is worth the money to join this college.

Life at Saveetha Engineering College (AIDS).

Infrastructure: Hostel has separate hostels for both boys and girls. The prices of the rooms vary according to their preference, for example, single rooms cost more than shared rooms for students. Although the hostel food is not up to the mark, as per my friends’ reviews in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are high quality. Their teaching is up to the mark, and also the curriculum. The college has a separate system called Flexi Learn system, which allows students to study on their own by choosing their subjects and creating their own timetable. So, it will be helpful during exam time.

Other: I chose this course because it’s in current trend, so I chose this course. And also, there will be culturals which will be the best among other colleges in the surrounding.
