It is absolutely great in terms of faculty members, events infrastructure, and environment.
Placements: Above 80-85% of students get placed in our college. The highest package ranges from 14-15 LPA. The average package ranges from 6-7 LPA. Apple and Bank of America are the top recruiting companies for our course. 5 to 10 students get internships in different companies. Lab technician and laboratory manager roles are offered. The placement cell works a lot. It provides so many internship and job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Everything is far better than the bigger colleges of DU. Our labs are so big even only our chemistry department owns more than 3 labs. We have a really big complex and it is even bigger than some colleges of DU. Our college does not have its own hostel.
Faculty: Teachers give their best. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are not that tough. The pass percentage is basically seen yearly, and we should score up to 65% to be promoted. Semester-wise it is okay with 33% too. They are strict on attendance. 67% of attendance is mandatory to sit in exams.
Other: The best thing is we are provided with more practical knowledge than theoretical. I wish we could have more apparatus for our lab. All the programs or events organised are just mind-blowing.

Faculty is good, not really good placements, worth the money. Infrastructure is okayish.
Placements: Do not enter the college with the perspective of placement. The Chemistry department hardly offers any placements because most students opt for either higher studies or civil services. There aren't any top recruiting companies that visit as such.
Infrastructure: The labs are not the best but you will get all the possible necessities. Almost all types of chemicals and apparatus required are available easily. The infrastructure is not that great. There is no hostel in the college, so you have to rent a PG or flat.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and provide good knowledge and material. Exams are not that tough if you study regularly. The syllabus is quite relevant and helpful. It will surely help in the future to crack competitive exams. The pass percentage is 6.3 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course personally because I want to do research in Chemistry in the future, so this course is best suited for it. There are many events and an annual fest as well.

Overall a best college in all the field which we need .
Placements: About 30 students were placed in our program. The highest package is 18 Lacs per annum, while the lowest package will be approximately 5 Lacs, and the average will be around 10 Lacs. HDFC and other sales companies are the top recruiters for our students. Approximately 90 percent of students received internships, but it depends on the students whether they take it. The courses are related to science.
Infrastructure: Our college classroom is excellent, with a good library for studying, and top-notch infrastructure. It boasts the largest outdoor sports facilities in our college and a commendable canteen despite lacking a hostel. The classrooms are also well-equipped, and Wi-Fi access is available.
Faculty: Yes, our course's teachers are very good, and they all hold doctorate degrees in their specific branches and subjects. The teaching quality in our college is excellent, and the teachers are very helpful. The course relevance is high because Shivaji College's Science department is one of the best departments in DU. The semester exams across DU are the same, and they are of a moderate level.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in Chemistry and to pursue a doctorate degree in this field. The laboratory faculty wishes to enhance its facilities. Our college's fest is grand, filled with immense enjoyment and fun.

Basic review of Shivaji College.
Placements: A very small number of students got placement on the college campus; the highest package was INR 22 LPA, and the lowest was around INR 3–4 LPA. The top hiring companies were Deloitte & Accenture and these companies also provided internships to some students and mostly students who did internships also got letters of recommendation.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good and the classrooms are good in the new block but in the old building, they are not very good. The chemistry labs are well-equipped and most chemicals are always available for practical use, but sometimes a few are not. Hostel facilities are not available at the college.
Faculty: The faculty is very good but some teachers are not very helpful. Some are egoistic but most of them are very helpful and will always clear up all your doubts. Most of the paper comes from previous years' question papers and a tiny portion is new every year. The curriculum is designed very well.
Other: I had an interest in chemistry; that's why I chose this course and the best thing about this course is that here you have to do practical. Adding more to the lab and letting students do experiments on them would be great. The annual festival in college is very good and events organised in college are great. The campus crowd is good until you don't meet bad influences.

Good infrastructure and faculty but too costly.
Placements: The placements opportunities are less for science stream students like B.Sc. There is a placement cell which gives you internship opportunities and sometimes placements opportunities also. You have to first choose in which field you want to go then decide which internship will help your future endeavours.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good and now a new building is also made for science streams students. Library is one of the biggest library in Delhi University and sports ground is also one of the biggest in Delhi University. Only thing bad is you can issue a book for only 15 days.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified except some, they help you in preparation for the exams and other activities. Exams are not hard, the level of difficulty is easy to moderate. Pass percentage is 4 CGPA. Main problem is that they give so many assignments.
Other: The course is good to know about the practical ability, labs are good in those course you will find variety of experiences. Main thing is about the fest of the college which creates a positive environment.

Maybe you get the admission, but you have to wait for the last cut-off list. The cut-off for this college is high because this is a good college and comes under the University of Delhi.
