College is quite good and average.

Placements: Usually, students don't opt to be placed but still those who want to get placed. College sends its profile to companies, and then you can go and try your luck. In case the number of students demanding placements is high then college calls companies themselves to the campus. As for internships, throughout the whole course the department will organise different certified workshops and internships to help you out.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite rugged in old building but in new building its quite satisfactory. As per cleanliness, both of the academic blocks and the campus are clean. You will have no issue here as for infrastructure reasons. Wi-Fi is available but doesn't work strongly throughout whole campus. Library is one of the biggest of whole DU. We have 3-4 computer labs and 3-4 auditoriums for events and programs with AC.

Faculty: Faculty members are surprisingly quite well compared to other colleges atleast for my course. They are not cranky atleast. They are understandable and considerable in most cases, and will even help you throughout the year and course. They are quite humble and polite.

Other: Teachers and lab assistants are really helpful and sweet if I talk about my course. Crowd is diverse but mostly people come from Haryana. It's absolutely ragging free. Canteen food is average. Our college has ice cream corners and Bru Coffee Point as well followed by vendors selling juices, pav bhaji, and chole kulcha outside. Metro station is within walking distance. Campus is green and really clean. 67 percent attendance criterion is followed, which doesn't pressure students much. This college is one of the best colleges in terms of NCC, and someone who wants to go into defence. Many passouts from this same college hold a great position in army.

My college has the best course under budget for students.

Placements: 90% of students got placed from my course. The highest package is 26 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Studify and Recurters are the top companies in my course. Around 50% of students got internships from my course in tech companies. Tech-related jobs are offered in my course, also many roles are offered just like management.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very astray because most of the items are practically. My college does not provide hostel, canteen food quality is average not good not bad, medical facilities are free of cost for Shivaji College students, and sports are also provided.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is amazing. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted in this college. 90% is the passing ratio if a student revised PYQ and then they can easily score good marks/grades.

About Shivaji College faculty and placements.

Placements: Being an off-campus college, Shivaji's placement cell mostly helps 3rd year students to get their internship, being a 2nd year student I attended Shivaji placement cell intern programs, and it was pretty real. If student have skill for which they applied college give them opportunities.

Infrastructure: Our course offers labs and all are probably good. Computer science department should include field trips for the students which I felt because other departments offer field trips for students. It can help CS students to get an actual idea of what is going on in their industry.

Faculty: Examination in Shivaji College is conducted strictly. Faculty members of the college are passionate and calm. Teachers communicate gently with students. Faculty helps students to solve their problems. I feel faculty of my college is doing well.

Other: The crowd of the college is generally good.

Good for placement due to 2023 placement.

Placements: Around 50% of students got placed. Last year the highest package is 24 LPA and the lowest is 2.3 LPA. Top company is De Shaw. I think 10% of students got placed in Studyfy. Around 66.67% of attendance is mandatory. A student who belongs to B.Sc. APS with CS has got 24 LPA package.

Infrastructure: Everything is good but there in no hostel. There is no hostel but the facility of canteen is average. There is a mess and medical facilities are available. Sports and games are good. Our college has a new building and two old buildings but their infrastructure is too good.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good only I know about my course. I know that my course is good for industry-ready. 99% of students pass with good percentage. The difficulty of exams is average due to the examination staff is to strike, work, and exams.

Other: It is the best for me because it is computer-related course that makes me industry-ready. I think everything is good but they have to work toward placement. Everything is good.
