My experience at this college is very good. Teachers of the college are very cooperative.

Placements: B. Sc with chemistry is a general course, and to take admission in our college, a student must secure a minimum of 85% in PCM. We are B.Sc students, and there are no such placements in our college. B.Sc students mainly focus on competitive exams, but our college mates told me that there are many companies which visit our college. Last time I have seen Paytm. The salary package depends on students, and the salary package is offered on that basis.

Infrastructure: As you know that our college comes under Delhi University, facilities and infrastructure are very good. Labs are normal, but there is no Wi-Fi for students. The library is awesome, and everything is available in the library like newspaper, every book, whether it is of the foreign author or Indian author. In our college, there are different grounds for every sport. There is only a girls' hostel in college, so I don't know about its quality. The boys' hostel is under construction.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and are always ready to clear all the doubts of students. Teachers are highly qualified, and some of them have done many types of research in different fields. This course renders good knowledge about science, and we also got a good knowledge of day to day life. This course does not make students ready for industry.

Other: I have chosen this course because this course has three main subjects, like physics, chemistry and maths, which help to do higher education in any one of these subjects. The college should conduct practical activities more than theoretical activities. It conducts a festival for the entertainment of students named Vibration in January. It also makes fee concession for the economically weaker section and different backward classes.

Placements: The placement cell of the Shivaji College is a door of success for those students who perform well in their tenure, and they leave no stone unturned to show their talent to the companies. They got placed in a very good position in their field. The Shivaji College's placement cell has been the reason for the success of thousand students in the previous years, and it will be the reason for the successful future of students in the upcoming time too.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well designed and maintained. It is one of the reputed colleges in the University of Delhi which has 4 computer labs, well large and airy library, physics labs, chemistry labs, botany labs, zoology, geography, well-equipped classrooms and English departments. It also has two parks which are full of greenery for the students.

Faculty: The Shivaji College has different faculty like chemistry, physics, maths, English, geography, political science, Sanskrit, Hindi faculty members and many more. There are many courses offered in the Shivaji College like B.Sc (h), physics, chemistry, maths botany, zoology and B.Sc physical sciences, life sciences, including the BA(h) English, political science, geography and few more courses including B.Com and B.Com(h).
