IIT BHU MTech Admission 2020: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) BHU has started the online counselling for the students from May 27 to June 2, 2020. IIT BHU has also released the list of shortlisted candidates for online counselling. The letter for online counselling, interaction and documents verification of shortlisted candidates for II T BHU MTech admission was sent by Departments/Schools.

Application forms for MTech admission 2020 were released online on March 24 and closed on May 20. Candidates must also have to register at the COAP portal along with filling the online application form. IIT BHU MTech admissions are offered to candidates on the basis of their GATE scores. Candidates with higher GATE score have better chances of getting admission to the institute.

IIT BHU MTech Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates seeking admission to MTech programmes offered by the IIT BHU should meet the eligibility criteria specified by the concerned authorities. Candidates who will fail to meet the criteria will not be offered admission.

IIT BHU MTech Admission 2020: Steps to fill the application form

Candidates seeking IIT BHU MTech admissions have to fill and submit the application form before the last date. Candidates are required to register at the COAP portal along with filling the application form.

Registration: Candidates will have to first register by providing their name, date of birth, parent’s name, valid email address and various other details.

Filling the application form: In the next step, candidates will be required to fill out the following details in the application form for MTech admission in IIT BHU.

Personal details: Candidates have to enter details like name, date of birth, nationality, category and address for correspondence.

Primary programme to study: Candidates will need to select the programme they wish to get admission into.

Qualifying examination details: Applicants have to enter details such as GATE score & rank, roll number, year, and discipline and upload their GATE 2020 scorecard.

Uploading documents: In this step, aspirants will be required to upload all the necessary documents such as a photograph and signature in a specified format. It should be less than 50 KB.

Application fee payment: After entering all the details, students will need to pay the fee for IIT BHU MTech admission 2020 application form online through SBI collect.

The authorities will offer admission to the candidates on the basis of GATE scores. The authorities will also conduct a written test and interview as a part of the selection process.
