Assam PAT/Assam Polytechnic Admission 2025 Counselling: Dates, Registration, Seat Allotment, Admission Process

Yes. Assam PAT counselling process will be held online. Candidates will have to register for the Assam PAT counselling online before the final date. After updating the basic details, the candidates will have to upload their documents and fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. The authorities will also announce the Assam PAT seat allotment result online. Allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

Yes. The candidates will have to upload their documents in the Assam PAT counselling form. All of the required documents have to be uploaded as per the specifications provided by the authorities. If the candidates fail to upload the required documents, then their counselling form will not be accepted. Some of the important documents that have to be uploaded are - Proof of age,  HSLC/TSLC Mark Sheet & Pass Certificate, Proof of Residence, Category Certificate, etc.

After the Assam PAT seat allotment result is announced, the selected candidates will have to confirm their admission before the fnal date. To confirm the admission, the candidates will have to report to the allotted institute, pay the required fee and submit their documents for verification. The admission confirmation process has to be completed before the final date, otherwise, the candidate's allotment will be cancelled. 

During the Assam PAT counselling, the candidates will be selected for admissions into the Diploma courses offered by the participating Engineering and Technology institutes. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be very careful while submitting their order of preference for Assam PAT seat allotment. Candidates are advised to submit as many preferences as they can to have  higher chances of being allotted in their preferred institute.

Yes. The authorities are expected to release the Assam PAT cutoff online. Candidates will be able to check the minimum marks required to have a higher chance of admission through the Assam PAT cutoff. It is to be noted that the cutoff of Assam PAT will be different for every course, category and college. The candidates who meet the Assam PAT cutoff will have higher chances of admission into their preferred course and college.

While preparing the Assam PAT cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance exam and admission process. Some of the main factors that will be considered while preparing the Assam PAT cutoff are - previous year cutoff trends, difficulty level of exam, total number of applicants, total number of seats, etc. All of the factors combined will be used to prepare the cutoff of Assam PAT.
