Yes, non-GATE candidates must appear for the institute level entrance test. However, all candidates are required to appear for the PI round for final selection. In addition to this, BTech graduates from the IITs with CGPA/ CPI of 8.0 or above (on a scale of 10) are eligible to get admission to M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar without GATE. Other than GATE or the criteria state above, candidates are required to be a pass in BE/ BTech/ MSc or equivalent in appropriate branches with a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.5 on a 10-point scale (50% aggregate for SC /ST).

For admission to MTech in IIT Bhubaneswar, aspirants need to first check the eligible criteria. The technology institute grant admission based on GATE entrance scores followed by COAP counselling. Hey Sraavya, Graphic Era University is a good college to pursue engineering. It has a good placement record as well as average overall rankings. You can proceed with the admission in the college. However there are even better options available which you should go for. If you are eligible for Graphic Era then you can also apply for some other better colleges if you want and may also avail scholarships. Giving you a few suggestions -

NIT Jalandhar MTech course fees range from ₹ 5.42 Lakh to ₹ 9.25 Lakh. Students should know that this fee includes tuition, hostel, and other charges.

While not having personally attended Ramaiah Institute of Technology and Management a few key points found in honest student reviews are:

• Placements: Around 85-90% of students were placed in the ECE branch with the highest and the lowest packages of INR 50 LPA and INR 7.6 LPA, respectively.
