What to do if CTET Confirmation Page does not generate?

After the successful payment of the CTET application fee, a confirmation page is generated automatically. The CTET confirmation page works as proof of payment of the application fee. Therefore, candidates need to retain the confirmation page for their records and future reference. However, in case the confirmation page does not generate after the payment of the application fee, the candidate must contact the Deputy Secretary of the Exam.

Candidates can contact the CTET Deputy Secretary, CBSE, between 10:00 AM-5:00 PM along with proof of payment of the fee. Candidates paying the fee through e-challan can show a copy of the same. Candidates can contact the CTET Deputy Secretary at the address shared below.

Candidates need to upload the scanned images of photo and signature on the CTET application form. The dimensions and size of the CTET photo and signature have been mentioned clearly in the official notification. The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/ JPEG format.   • Size & Dimension of Photograph: Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 to 100 KB and the dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (w) x 4.5 cm (h).

However, the Confirmation Page is not required to be sent to the CTET Unit or CBSE. The CBSE also provides a one-time facility for candidates to make corrections to the already submitted CTET 2025 Application. The CTET form correction window will be available online. Candidates who have already submitted their applications will be able to undertake the CTET application form correction facility to make changes to the form.

Candidates can make corrections to their already submitted application form by following the steps mentioned below.

  • Visit the official website of the exam
  • Click on the link available for the CTET application form correction
  • Enter the application number, password and security pin (as shown in the image)
  • Click on the Sign In button
