Before filling out the BIT MCA 2026 application form, the candidates are advised to keep certain documents and information ready:

• 10th standard mark sheet
• 12th standard mark sheet
• Scanned photograph and signature, as per the official specifications.
• Net banking/credit card/debit card details.
• Category certificate (if applicable)

The BIT MCA 2026 application form is going to be available online. To successfully be registered for the entrance examination and admission process, the candidates would need to follow the steps given below.  

• Registration: Visit the official website and click on the registration link. To complete the registration, fill out their basic details and create a password for future login. After the registration is completed, an application number will be generated.
• Filling out the form: Fill out their personal, academic and contact details in the BIT MCA application form. All of the details had to be valid and as per the documents.
• Uploading of documents: Upload the scanned passport-size photograph and signature as per the official specifications. If the specifications are not met, the documents will not be accepted. Select a maximum of three campuses according to your choice.
• Payment of fee: Pay the BIT MCA 2026 application fee. The payment would need to be done online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Without the payment, the application form will not be submitted.

As of now, there is no facility to make any corrections or changes on the BIT MCA application form. Students are thus advised to be careful when filling out the online BIT MCA 2026 application form. However, in case the exam authorities make the form correction facility available, details will be shared on our platform.

General Instructions

• All of the relevant fields must be filled in capital letters.
• All items and fields in the application form are mandatory and need to be filled in.
• Candidates are advised to provide all information correctly and accurately.
• Before the final submission, the candidates must ensure that all fields are correctly filled.
• After filling out the complete form, the candidates will be prompted to “Lock and Submit Application”.
• Once the “Lock and Submit Application” button is clicked, the form will be submitted.
• After submission of the application form, the candidates will be prompted to “Print Application Form”.
• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form, as it will be required during the counselling /admission procedure.

Specific Instructions

For candidates who seek admission under any reservation category:

• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories must upload their category certificates at the time of filling the application form
• Certification should be in the proper format
• It should be signed by the appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO
• Candidates must bring an original copy of the same during counselling/admission if called for.
