While filling out the BIT MCA 2025 application form, the candidates will have to select their choice of exam cities in the order of preference. At the BIT MCA 2025 exam centres, the candidates are advised to check and follow the given guidelines so that they do not experience any issues during the examination.
- All candidates are advised to reach their allotted centre at least an hour before the examination commences.
- At the exam centre, the candidates will have to present their BIT MCA 2025 admit card and valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport/School ID).
- The candidates are advised to read the exam instructions on the question paper carefully before commencing the exam.
- No electric devices or written materials will be allowed inside the centre.

If there is a tie in the exam, the institute typically follows a tie-breaking rule-
- The candidate with higher marks in Math is ranked higher.
- If a tie persists marks in Analytical Ability will be considered
- Lastly the age of the candidate will be considered. Older candidates are given priority.
