Institutes Accepting GATE 2025 Scores

Candidates who will be appearing for GATE exam can use their GATE scorecard to apply to colleges. The scorecard is valid for three years. Counselling will be done by CCMT and COAP to offer admissions to GATE-qualified applicants based on their performance and cutoff scores, respectively. GATE cutoff scores are now available for 2025 session, along with the GATE results announced on March 19, 2025.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?
A:

After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for admission in BSc at Jadavpur University?
A:

Candidats seeking admission to BSc course in Jadavpur University must have passed Class 12 from any recognised Board in Science with Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. In addition, aspirant should have passed the qualifying exam with at least 75% aggregate (67.5% for OBC-A/OBC-B, 56.25% for SC/ST/PD/Sports category, and 40% for PD candidates). The aspirants must also hold the mark sheets (Original/photocopy).

Q:   What score is enough to get admission into BIT Mesra Ranchi BTech CSE?
A:

BIT Mesra Cutoff for BTech CSE is based on JEE Main scores followed by the JoSAA and CSAB Counselling up to Round 8 is Seat Allotment result. Only candidates with a valid scores in JEE Main are called for the further process of counselling. Yes, GATE is a mandatory entrance exam for CGC Landran M.Tech admissions. The selection of candidates for the M.Tech course is done during the PTU counseling. During the PTU counseling round, CGC Landran will look at the GATE score obtained by a candidate to decide their admission.
