Are there any changes to the AILET syllabus?

No changes have been made in AILET yet, and it will be the same as last year syllabus. The major changes were made in AILET 2022 BA LLB and LLM syllabus only. For instance, the BA LLB question paper will now have only THREE sections (instead of five). The weightage of the three sections has also changed. In the case of LLM, the modified syllabus will have questions from two sections. Also, the tie-breaker procedure has been updated.

Can I challenge AILET Answer Key?

Yes, the candidate can challenge the AILET Answer Key. NLU Delhi has released the provisional answer key for AILET and has opened a window to invite objections till December 16, 12 PM. After receiving the objection, the final AILET answer key will be published. Note that, unlike the provisional key, the final key can't be challenged. So, the keys included in the final keys will be considered the correct keys for the questions asked in the AILET exam.

National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the BA LLB answer keys for AILET 2026 on December 14. NLU Delhi releases the provisional answer key for AILET 2026 first, after which it opens a window to invite objections.
