He also added that BCI should remove Bare Acts from AIBE as most questions are asked directly from it, and the paper should rather be based on Legal Theory, which is essential for practising law. He also shared that the exam centre not near to his location, so he had to travel a long distance.

Kashif Raza, shared that AIBE 17 was easier than anyone could have expected. He recommended that BCI should increase the difficulty level, and it was an open book exam as the candidates can easily attempt exam by finding answers in Bare Acts. He added that he attempted 70+ questions without Bare Acts.

The AIBE syllabus is considered moderate in difficulty, focusing on fundamental legal concepts rather than complex, specialised knowledge. However, since it is no more the open-book exam, candidates have huge syllabus to cover.

No. As per the BCI rules, candidates can not practice in the court of law until they have a certificate of practice. The CoP will be issued only to those who clear the AIBE Exam.
