The Bar Council of India will conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to provide the Certificate of Practice (CoP). AIBE 20 is a national-level certification exam. The Bar Council of India (BCI) assesses the candidate's basic understanding of the law and analytical abilities through this exam. This exam ensures the qualification of Lawyers to practice as Advocates. The BCI conducted the AIBE 20 Exam 2025 in pen-and-paper mode. Candidates must note that they will be allowed to carry the Bare Acts without short notes and comments to the exam hall. The candidates must not forget to carry their AIBE 20 (XX) admit card to the exam hall.

Candidates must note that the AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 Question Paper will be distributed in set A, set B, set C, or set D form.
