  • Constitutional Law: Covers salient features of the Indian Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Legislative Process, Directive Principles of State Policy, Emergency Powers, and Federalism. 
  • IPC: Focuses on general principles of crime, criminal liability, offences affecting human life, and criminal trespass. 
  • CrPC: Covers introductory and pre-trial processes, juvenile justice, the Probation of Offenders Act, and criminal rules and practice. 
  • CPC: Covers the difference between procedural and substantive law, suits in particular cases, appearance and examination of parties, and discovery, inspection, and production of documents.

AIBE Exam is tough to crack as its the certification exam. Candidates who will clear the exam will be issued CoP. Candidates must prepare for the exam pretty well to clear in first attempt.

Both exams are national level. While AIBE is a certification exam, CLAT is an entrance exam to get admission into NLUs. The difficulty level of both the exams are more or less same.
