DU LLB 2022 Preparation Strategy

In the remaining time for DU LLB preparation 2022, the strategy for the last few days should be as under:

Prepare a schedule

The first step towards a better preparation would be to prepare a plan by blocking time slot for each subject of DU LLB question paper. The schedule for DU LLB preparation should be such that if you plan to study for 6-8 hours a day then a break in every two hours should be there. It would prove to be helpful as you won't feel exhausted after a long duration of exam preparation. Sufficient time should be allotted to understand your strengths and weaknesses from the subjects. 

Q:   Can I get into DU with 500 score in CUET UG?
A:

Delhi University offers UG courses based on CUET UG exam. Based on the DU B.Com Hons. cutoff 2024, It is not possible to get into DU with 500 score as the cutoffs for all the affiliated colleges under Delhi University were comparatively above than the score of 500. Further, DU CUET UG cutoff 2024 ranged from 608 to 758 for the General AI category candidates for B.Com Hons. However, cutoffs can vary as per the courses, for some courses, it is below and for other, it is above. Candidates can check the CUET last round scores for various courses to have an idea of the colleges and their respective results from the DU page:

Q:   What is the criteria for admission to MCom at DU?
A:

Delhi University MCom admission up until 2021 was offered in two categories: Direct Admission and Through Entrance Test. Also, along with the entrance exam, interview rounds were also conducted for admission to Delhi University PG programmes. There was no minimum age limit to take admission to the MSc programme offered by the university. However, DU PG admission 2022-23 was subject to a valid score in DUET as announced by the University.

Starting 2023, the admission process of DU for its postgraduate courses, such as MA, MSc and MCom will be subject to the CUET-PG exam conducted by NTA. After the results, qualified students will be required to appear for the seat allocation process conducted by the university for final seat allotment. 

Q:   Can I get into Law Centre-II without CUET?
A:

No, Law Centre-II admission to all the postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. This DU-affiliated college accepts CUET PG exam for admission to its postgraduate courses. Law Centre-II along with DU started accepting CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to PG courses was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

Know the pattern and syllabus

It is crucial to know the pattern and syllabus of DU LLB entrance exam to proceed with exam preparation. You should be aware of the exam pattern and syllabus well in advance to know the subjects, type of questions asked, and marking scheme. The important thing to note is the section-wise weightage of question and marks is not clear yet. There will be a total of 100 objective type of questions carrying four marks each. Subject-wise preparation

Each of the section of DU LLB question paper is different, therefore, you need to approach each section with a different technique. Though there are no subject-wise cut off marks but to get a better overall score, it would be important to cover the syllabus of each subject. Revise the concepts

In the last 15 days remaining for the examination, your complete focus should be on the revision of concepts from each subject. Take help of notes that you prepared previously. During revision also to cross-check that nothing from the syllabus of DU LLB 2022 entrance exam is left uncovered. Check if there is anything left, if Yes, then clear it in the first week itself.
