Maharashtra Common Entrance Test - Law 2025 ( MHCET Law )
The Maharashtra CET Cell released the detailed schedule for MH CET Law CAP Rounds for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programs. Candidates who appeared for the exam and qualified for admission must appear for the counselling rounds as per the schedule shared at cetcell.mahacet.org.
For admission to the 5-year or 3-year LLB through MH CET LLB 2025 exam, the aspirants must know the exam schedule and important dates. The important events comprise exam date, admit card release date, answer key release date, counselling schedule, admission or seat allotment dates.

Online Registration
The registration process for MH CET Law 2025 for the 3-year and 5-year LLB courses comprises online registration, uploading documents, and fee payment . The registration process occurs at, cetcell.mahacet.org. and on Candidate's Portal, portal.maharashtracet.org.
Admit Card
The MH CET Law 2025 admit card are released after the registration process is complete. The admit cards for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB will be released separately on the website of CET Cell Maharashtra.
Exam Day
The entrance exam for five-year and three-year LLB programmes will be conducted in a computer-based test mode at the test centres allotted to candidates.
Result or Scorecard
MH CET Law results 2025 will be released online on the website on the dates mentioned on this page. Based on these results, candidates will have to participate in the counselling.
Counselling
MH CET Law 2025 counselling process is held in online mode. The counselling process is conducted through a Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

MH CET Law 2025 will be conducted in two shifts: the morning shift and the afternoon shift. The reporting timing for shift 1, or the morning shift, is 7:30 AM. The MH CET Law 2025 exam for this shift will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.However, the reporting time for the MH CET Law 2025 afternoon shift or shift 2 exam is 12:30 PM. The MH CET Law 2025 shift 2 exam is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Candidates need to make sure they reach the MH CET Law exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time for security purposes and understand the seating arrangement.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell is likely to conduct the MH CET Law 3-year LLB & 5-year LLB exam in April 2026. The exam will be held in Maharashtra state and nearby cities. The MH CET 5-year LLB CAP registration 2025 started on June 26, 2025 online through the MAH CET admission portal- cetcell.mahacet.org/cap-_2025-26. Candidates could register for the CAP round online until July 18, 2025. The E-Scrutiny of uploaded documents and filled in the Application forms by the e-verification team will be done until July 22, 2025.
However, MH CET 3-year LLB counselling regsitration started on June 30, 2025 and the last date to register for the 3-year LLB program is extended until July 21, 2025. The E-scrutiny of documents will be done until July 25, 2025. The detailed schedule of counselling for MH CET Law 5-year LLB & 3-year LLB will be released soon. To fill out the CAP registration form, candidates will have to first visit the CET Cell Maharashtra official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, and then access the CAP portal of their respective programme. This process includes steps such as CAP registration, option entries for selection, release of alphabetical list, final merit list and seat allotment.
