After the first round, following candidates can participate in next round of TS LAWCET 2025 counselling as under:

• Candidates who have secured a seat in the first round, however, now want to change their allotted college.
• Candidates who participated in the phase I counselling, however, could not secure a seat.
• TS LAWCET rank holders who did not participate in the first round even though they have been called for the counselling process.
• The candidates who were allotted a seat but could not or did not report to their allotted colleges.
• The candidates who have cancelled their seat in the phase I allotment round. 

Important Instructions for Phase II 

1. The candidates participating in the second round have to lock their choice of colleges as fresh option entry even if they have participated in phase I of counselling.
2. Candidates can select college and courses even if no vacancy is shown, as the vacancy can arise from withdrawal or cancellation by the candidates.
3. The candidates who have confirmed their seat allotment in the first round reported to their colleges and are satisfied with their college allotment need not participate in the second round. 
4. Candidates will lose claim over the seat allotted in phase I if they participate and confirm admission in the second phase of seat allotment.
5. To cancel seat allotted in the second phase, candidates have to contact the principal of the allotted college only.

• Go to the TSCHE's official website, lawcet.tsche.ac.in or click on this direct registration link - https://lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in/ 
• Click on the "TS LAWCET & TS PGLCET-2025 Admissions" option.
• Now, click on the "Apply Online" option.
• Log in by entering your "TS LAWCET 2025 hall ticket number" and "TS LAWCET 2025 rank."
• Fill out the counselling registration form and pay the counselling registration fee. 
• Submit the form & create multiple copies of your registration form for future reference. 

Note: Before submitting your TS LAWCET 2025 counselling registration form, review it carefully and correct mistakes if there are any. Once you submit the form, you will not be able to edit it.

Follow the steps given below to check the seat allotment list for TS LAWCET 2025: 

• Visit the official counselling website - lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in
• Click on 'LLB 3-year & 5-year Course' tab
• Navigate through the page to find 'Candidate Allotment Login Phase 1' or 'College wise list of provisionally selected candidates' tabs
• Click on the 'Candidate Allotment Login Phase 1' tab
• Log in to the candidate portal using the hall ticket number and rank
• If the seat is alloted to you, pay the fee online and download the acknowledgement letter
• Report to the college with original certificates and acknowledgement letter
• Receive the allotment letter after successful verification

• Check your name or roll number and save the list in the PDF format

TS LAWCET 2025 Counselling Registration Process

The counselling process for the TSLAWCET is entirely online. TS LAWCET 2025 Counselling process comprises the following stages: 

1. Online Registration: Candidates who qualify for the Telangana LAWCET exam 2025 will have to register online and pay the counselling registration fee to participate in the counselling through the official TGCHE website.
2. Release of Verified Candidates: The Admission cell releases the list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the TS LAWCET counselling 2025. 
3. Exercising Web Option Entry: Candidates whose named appear in the verified list will then have to record their choice of colleges for admission.
4. Seat Allotment List: The next step in the TSLAWCET counselling process is the publication of seat allotment list. This contains the names of candidates and their allocated college as per the preferences and merit. 
5. Self Reporting by Candidates: The candidates whose names appear in the seat allotment list will be required to report to the allocated college for document verification and confirmation of seat. 

Note: TS LAWCET 2025 counselling registration does not guarantee the admission.

The following documents are required for TS LAWCET counselling 2025 registration: 

• Aadhar Card or any other valid ID proof
• TS LAWCET / TS PGLCET-2025 Rank Card
• Memorandum of marks of SSC or equivalent
• Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or equivalent (Class 12)
• Memorandum of marks in Qualifying Examination (Class 12 marks memorandum for 5-year LLB and Graduation marks memorandum for 3-year LLB)
• Provisional / Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination 
• Migration Certificate (If applicable).
• Study certificates from 5th class to Graduation
• Residence Certificate (for Telangana candidate)

(OR)

• Employer Certificate (for candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies, Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TS LAWCET - 2025) examination.
• Transfer Certificate
• Caste certificates for reserved category candidates
• Latest Parental Income certificate issued by M.R.O. by Govt. of Telangana on or after January 1st of the admission year.
• Minority Certificate for Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates
