AMU Entrance Exam 2020 to be held in July or August tentatively, Online correction for exam centres available now
AMU will schedule the entrance exam for UG and PG courses in July or August once the lockdown is over. Candidates who have already registered for AMU admission tests 2020 can change their exam centres in online mode. Read here
Aligarh Muslim University has released a notification for providing 'online facility to exam centres' for candidates whose test-centres are outside Aligarh for the upcoming entrance exam. Moreover, the university has hinted that admission tests will be held in July or August as per the situation of COVID-19 pandemic. Candidates appearing for AMU Entrance Exam 2020 from outside Aligarh can change their locations in the online mode before June 3, 2020. The exact dates of AMU entrance exam 2020 will be confirmed only after May 31, 2020.

The official notification released by AMU stated, "In light of “UGC Guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar for the Universities in View of COVID-19 Pandemic and Subsequent Lockdown” and subsequent Office Memo No. COE/ 021 dated 07.05.2020 the University intends to conduct the Admission Tests in the month of July/ August 2020 as per the evolving situation.
On-demand from various aspirants requesting a change in their Test Centre choice, the University has decided to offer a one-time Online facility to change the Choice of Test Centre cities for the following Admission Tests:
- BA. (Hons.)
- BSc. (Hons.)
- BCom. (Hons.)
- Class XI (Science Stream) / Diploma in Engg.
- Class XI (Humanities/Commerce Stream)
- BTech.
- MBA/MBA(IB)/MBA(IBF)
- BALLB
- BEd
Candidates seeking to change their test centres can only do so in online mode. Request sent to change exam centre in any other mode will not be accepted by AMU.
