BA (Hons) from BHU

Eligibility for BA at BHU

At the UG level, BHU provides a 3-year full-time BCom (Hons) degree. Admission to the BHU BCom (Hons) program is based on BHU-UET results.

Eligibility: 

• Passed Class 12 or equivalent exam with Commerce/ Economics/ Maths/ Computer Science/ Finance/ Financial Markets Management as one of the subjects with a minimum 50% aggregate and must have passed in the concerned subject.
• Age: Not to be more than 22 years on 1st July 2022.

LLB (Hons) from BHU

Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi offers a three-year full-time program in law called the Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) Honours, which has the endorsement of the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Total fee: INR 23,300

Eligibility:

A candidate should have BA, BSc or BCom (at least 10 2 3), securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate considering all the subjects in the three years except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark sheet. Or any other degree following at least the 10 2 3 pattern recognised by the BCI for the purpose of admission to an LLB course, with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate considering all subjects in the three years. 

MBBS from BHU 

When taken full-time, the curriculum for the bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery lasts 5.5 years, including a year of rotating internship. with Varanasi's National Medical Commission (NMC) approval.

Total fee: INR 1.6 Lakh

Eligibility:

The candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before December 31st of the year of admission to the MBBS course;

The candidate has passed the qualifying examination as follows:

The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to the 10 2 Higher Secondary Examination after 12 years of study, with the final two years of study consisting of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the NCERT after the introduction of the 10 2 3 years. Or any other examination which, in scope and standard, is found to be equivalent to the intermediate science examination of an Indian university or board, taking Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.
