Banaras Hindu University cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to UG and PG courses. As per round 4 of the CUET UG BHU cut off 2025, the cutoff scores ranged between 94 and 628.46 for the B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology for the General category All India quota candidates. So, considering the BHU latest round cutoff, a cutoff score of 200 is sufficient to get a seat in some courses at BHU.

Banaras Hindu University has seat reservation of SC, ST, OBC, and other such category candidates. Additionally, seats are reserved for females, physically challenged, visually impaired, etc., candidates as well. Some key pointers related to BHU reservation policy are as follows:
- The university reserves 15% and 7.5% of seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, respectively for each course.
- 27% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the OBC category (excluding under creamy layer); not applicable for all courses.
- 3% of seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Candidates. Wherein, 1% is for each category: Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired, and Orthopaedically Handicapped.
- 15% of seats are for only female candidates out of the total seat intake for M.P.Ed. course. If the seats are left vacant, male candidates are allotted seats based on merit.
- 15% of the supernumerary seats in all the courses are for the sons/daughters (including married daughters) of permanent employees (including those on probation) of BHU currently in service.

1. BHU BA (Hons) Application Process 2025
The BHU application process is conducted online through the official website of NTA. For successful application submission, candidates need to pay an application fee. The fee for General category students is INR 750, INR 700 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and INR 650 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender. The application process consists of the following steps:
- Visit the official website of CUET-UG (cuet.samarth.ac.in) and click on the 'New Registration' tab and read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

- Upload the scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications.

2. CUET Entrance Test

4. Counselling Round

For admission to a BHU BA (Hons) course, aspirants need to complete the CUET-UG application process. NTA carries out the registrations in online mode. Eligible students can visit NTA CUET website to apply. The application process includes registration, form filling, document upload, and payment of the application fees. Further, to submit the application successfully, candidates must pay the fee on time. BHU MDS cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and categories belonging to the All India quota. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 2 to 34.
On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the round 1 cutoff was 14, which later increased to 137 in the last round. Refer to the table below to know the cutoff for all other categories.

To get admission into MDS courses at BHU via NEET MDS, a candidate must have attained a valid rank as per the cutoff list for their particular category. Banaras Hindu University course admissions is entrance-based for most of the programmes. Thus, one-year dropper student can apply for the desired course, however, qualifying the respective entrance is the a must.
