Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College is a decent college in terms of placement. Earlier, in 2024, the highest package offered to students was INR 7.6 LPA. Over, the years, there has been a decline visible in terms of placements.  

In terms of fees, Banaras Hindu University is definitely a more economical option for an MBA. The MBA course is offered in more specialisations at the main campus and fees is lesser than Rajiv Gandhi South Campus. However, the selection is subject to entrance test scores. DCSMAT accepts CAT, CMAT, and KMAT scores for admission to its MBA program. Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree from a recognised university to be eligible for admission to the MBA program. The selection of candidates for the MBA programme is done through their score in CAT/CMAT/KMAT followed by group discussion and personal interview. The aptitude test MAT conducted by All Indian Management Association (AIMA) is currently not included as an eligible test score for MBA admission.
