Karnataka NEET UG 2025 dates have been revised as per the recent notification released by the counselling conducting body, KEA. The Round-2 seat matrix for admission to MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses was released on August 22, 2025. Candidates can rearrange the options as per their choices last till August 26, 2025. The KEA UGNEET counselling is held to grant admission to the MBBS/BDS/AYURVEDA courses in the top colleges of Karnataka. The extended deadline will allow candidates to modify, delete, or reorder their college and course preferences online. Please note that candidates participating in the KEA UGNEET Round-2 must deposit INR 1,00,000 between 21st August (1:00 PM) and 26th August (1:00 PM).

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round-1 and are participating in Round-2 need not deposit the caution money. The Provisional Allotment Result will be published on August 29, 2025 after 1:00 PM. The final seat allotment result date is yet to be announced by KEA.
The registration window for the round-1 Karnataka NEET UG counselling will open from the first week of July 2025 tentatively. The provisional seat allotment result will be released thereafter as per the schedule. KEA will issue a counselling dates and prospectus informing the Karnataka NEET UG process for the academic year 2025-26 soon.
Karnataka NEET UG counselling application fee for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign nationals is INR 5500/-, for General/2A/2B/3A/3B it is INR 2500/-, and for SC/ST/Cat-I/PWD is INR 500/-. The KEA NEET UG registration fee can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidates can also pay the fee offline by downloading the bank challan.
How to Rearrange KEA UGNEET 2025 Options?
Follow the steps mentioned below to rearrange the options:
- Visit the KEA official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- Click on the UGNEET 2025 and then click on "Round-2 Option Entry" link (DIRECT LINK IS ACTIVATED).
- Log in using your credentials allotted at the time of KEA UGNEET counselling registration
- Modify, reorder, or delete the choices as per your preferences
- Save and download the confirmation page for future reference
Please note that after Round 2, only CHOICE-1 and CHOICE-4 will be available for the participants. CHOICE-2 and CHOICE-3 will not be applicable. For the better understanding of the participants, the CHOICE-1 is to "Accept and join the allotted institute" and CHOICE-4 is to "Reject and continue to the next round (if any)".
Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore will conduct counselling for Karnataka MBBS/BDS admission in online mode. Candidates have to register and fill application form on the official website. KEA will conduct Karnataka NEET 2025 counselling for 85% state quota and 100% of private college seats. The Karnataka NEET UG counselling for MBBS admissions will be conducted in four stages, namely registration, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting.

In addition, it is also mandatory to apply for the UGCET 2025 to participate in the KEA NEET UG counselling process.
