• Go to ugcourses.aiimsexams.ac.in 
• Click on ‘Registration > Login’
• Select any BSc course under the paramedical category
• Click on ‘Proceed’
• Now select ‘Proceed to Basic Registration Form (UG Courses)’
• The applicant is redirected to the PAAR Basic registration page
• In the new basic registration zone, select ‘Click here for new basic registration’
• Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Proceed’
• Basic Registration form opens on the screen
• Fill in the details in the relevant boxes
• Check the details carefully as these cannot be changed past this stage
• Mark the checkbox after reading the declaration
• Click on ‘Generate registration ID and password'
• System-generated registration ID is displayed on the screen
• Applicants must note down this AIIMS paramedical registration ID and the password will also be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate. These credentials must be preserved as they will be used during the entire admission process.

Step 2: Upload Images

When the applicant is redirected to the PAAR Basic registration page they need to follow the steps mentioned below: 

• Login using the applicant login zone
• A pre-filled form appears on the screen
• Check the details for errors, choose ‘Proceed’ to continue if the details are correct, or
• Edit the details by selecting ‘Edit’, make the desired corrections, and select ‘Proceed’
• Upload the photograph and mark the checkboxes before clicking ‘I agree’
• Repeat the same process for signature and thumb impression
• Read the declaration carefully and click on ‘Submit’
• The complete basic registration form will now open on the screen
• Candidates must save this page for future reference

AIIMS Paramedical 2026 Application Form: Check Status of Basic Registration

AIIMS Delhi will upload the provisional status of the basic registrations or part 1 of the AIIMS paramedical application form 2026. Candidates whose applications do not get accepted can use the application edit window to make the necessary changes in the application form for AIIMS paramedical 2026. It is the final and the most crucial step of the registration process. Follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the AIIMS paramedical application form and complete the registration process at this stage: 

• Go to the official website of AIIMS
• Login using the registration ID, RUC and password
• A pre-filled application form appears on the screen
• Click ‘Proceed to Step 4’
• Choose the medium of the examination
• Enter details of 10+2 or equivalent and proceed to Step 5
• Choose the desired mode of payment
• Pay the AIIMS application fee
• Save and print the payment receipt and proceed to Step 6
• Choose the preferred exam centre from the drop-down list (For BSc Nursing students only)
• Proceed to Step 7 and save the application form for AIIMS paramedical 2026
