Q:   How much is the LPU BA fees?
A: 

LPU BA fees varies based on the selected course. The fee structure includes different components, such as tuition fees, caution money, etc. Its tuition fee ranges from INR 90,000 to INR 6 lakh. The university can revise its fee structure in an academic year. Students must note that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and hence, is indicative.

Q:   What is LPU fees for BTech?
A: 

The total fee for BTech is INR 4.5 lakh -INR 16 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee.  Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG score. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. Candidates are first required to register with an application fee for LPUNEST. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.

Q:   Will I get a direct admission in LPU with 65 % marks in Class 12?
A: 

LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based.  Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

Q:   How can I get admission in LPU?

Candidates can seek admission at LPU through entrance. The University considers admission of the eligible candidates based on minimum aggregate secured in Class 12 and graduation. The college has beautiful infrastructure, good facilities, and strong placements.
Placements: The percentage of students who opted for this course was 30%. The students of this course received the highest package of 15 LPA and the lowest package of 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Agri-Associate, Kincannon & Reed, AG HeadHunters, and Keller Executive Search. Around 70% of students received internships in these companies. The top roles offered ranged from research and development to practical farm management and even business-oriented positions.
Infrastructure: The college had number one facilities and beautiful infrastructure. The classrooms for my course were hygienic and clean. Every block contained a library, and free Wi-Fi was available 24/7. The quality of food was not ideal for South Indian students. But overall, it was very good.
Faculty: Teachers were highly helpful. Every student had a personal mentor. They prepared us with hands-on experience for every aspect of the course related to the industry. The pass percentage was 99%. The semester exams were above average. I liked it very much.

It is a very good college with excellent infrastructure and strong placement support.
Placements: For recent B.Tech passing-out batches, approximately 85–95% of eligible students get placed. The placement rate is particularly strong for CSE, IT, AI, and Data Science. The core engineering branches also receive consistent placement support. It depends on students’ skills and academic performance.
Infrastructure: B.Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, and MCA courses are offered. Labs are available, and Wi-Fi is available 24/7 in the hostel and college. The library is very good, with seven floors. Each floor can seat 100–120 students. Food is very good, and three types of food are available. South Indian, North Indian, and combined. Non-veg food is not allowed.
Faculty: Teachers teach in English, but some teach in Hindi, and students can understand. In our college, there is a CAS exam first, then a mid exam, and finally the semester exam. For the semester exam, students have four attempts to pass. If a student does not pass after four attempts, it is considered a backlog. To clear the backlog, the student must pay 10% of the full college fee.
Other: Events happen in the college every week, with 3–4 events. Event fees range from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500. Scholarships are available up to 60–70%. Non-veg food is not allowed. If anyone brings non-veg into the college, their scholarship is revoked.

Enjoyed campus life, agriculture practicals are good, but the schedule is tight.
Placements: In our batch, almost 70-75% of students got placed from the course. Placement is honestly above average in LPU if you are consistent. The highest package in my course went around 10-12 LPA, the lowest was around 3 LPA, and the average stayed somewhere near 4-5 LPA. Many companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, HDFC, and a few agriculture-based companies also visited, depending on the branch. Internships were also offered to almost 40-50% of students, with a bare minimum stipend between 15k and 20k.
Infrastructure: Seriously, writing about the infrastructure, which is one of the starting blocks of the university, is that it has very excellent infrastructure compared to our block, which is at the last. The experience of the library is very good, and the Wi-Fi can be said to be average. I have not taken the hostel because I stay in a PG.
Faculty: Everything is good and best. The atmosphere is very competitive during exams. The curriculum is also good, but the students who fail in the exam have to write a review and appear for an exam that costs 500 rupees. Overall, it’s a positive response from my side.
Other: I have chosen B.Sc. Agriculture, because I always wanted to work in the agriculture field, and LPU was offering a good setup with labs, fields, and practical exposure. The best thing about the course is that we get proper field visits, crop production practicals, and teachers are also helpful most of the time. Events like Krishi Mela, agri-exhibitions, and different departmental activities also provide good exposure.

Placements: Around 85 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 24 LPA. The average package was around 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential, Infosys, etc. The top roles were executive and manager.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were good. Wi-Fi facility, modern classroom. Hostel quality was very good, like 5 5-star hotel. Shopping malls were present on the campus. Mess and canteen food were also good. A sports complex was present.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The teaching quality of our faculty members was good. The course curriculum was relevant. Students become industry-ready. The semester examination was at a moderate level. Around 95 percent were passed.

Placements: The placements in our course were decent. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was between 3–4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Lupin, Sun Pharma, Mankind, etc. Around 80 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. All the required instruments were available for practicals. The campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Mess and canteen food were good. Medical facility was present. Multiple sports complexes were present.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members was good. The course curriculum was relevant. The college provided the lab to gain practical experience; it depends on the student. Semester examinations were moderate.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty but the environment is good.
Placements: I am in my 2nd year right now, as I see there are students getting placed, but more companies prefer CSE students, and also the students in BCA get placed in sales more than in coding line, though if you study hard, you can get placed in coding jobs.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good because the Wi-Fi is good in hostels, though the same cannot be said about food, as the food may be good for some and not for others. The medical facilities are good, as is a hospital on campus. The Wi-Fi facilities are also good. 1 person gets 40 GB for a week, and online games cannot be played on this Wi-Fi.
Faculty: The teaching faculty cannot be said to be good as there are good faculty, but they are fewer in number. The faculty members all just see their own rating in class, and if someone repeatedly asks doubts, they just lash out at the student, so the faculty are not good.
Other: Events and fests are happening daily.

The university provides scholarships basis merit. LPU scholarship are based on academic performance, LPUNEST scores, work experience and national-level exam results. Students should check eligibility for each category and submit the application.

LPU offers scholarships for graduation courses. Phase III scholarship for the popular Engineering and Management courses after Class 12th are offered to students. For BTech CSE, Rs 98400 scholarship is provided as per LPUNEST Cutoff III.

Q:   What is the last date to apply online at LPU?
A: 

For the LPU BTech courses, the last date to apply & book a slot is Jan 15, 2026. To apply online, students must have all the docs ready. Following of proper application procedure is important. For admissions, students must first register on the official site. Then, apply for the LPUNEST exam. Then, appear for the interview and various rounds.

LPU BA fees varies based on the selected course. The fee structure includes different components, such as tuition fees, caution money, etc. Its tuition fee ranges from INR 90,000 to INR 6 lakh. The placement percentage of MBA is yet to be released for the batch 2025. The MBA students of the batch 2025 secured the highest package of INR 49.4 LPA.
