Overview

The AIBE 21 Exam has published the AIBE 21 Answer Key 2026. The AIBE Objection Window 2026 will open at 08.00 pm on June 10, 2026 and the last date to object is June 17, 2026. Candidates will have to pay INR 500 to raise an objection. Once the Objection window is closed, AIBE Final Answer Key 2026 will be released.. Candidates who will clear the AIBE Exam will be issued the Certificate of Practice (CoP). Read further to know more about the AIBE Exam.

Based on the AIBE Final Answer Key, the AIBE 21 result 2026 will be announced. Candidates will be able to submit their grievances regarding the AIBE 21 Final answer key in online mode. The final answer key cannot be challenged any further.

AIBE 2026 Result

The Bar Council of India will publish the AIBE 21 Result on allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates must note that the AIBE 21 Result 2026 will not be published offline. Candidates can check their qualifying status for AIBE 21 by visiting the portal. Candidates can check their AIBE results by entering their enrollment number and date of birth. The results will contain the qualifying status of the candidate as PASS/ FAIL/ REJECTED/ WITHHELD.

How to check AIBE XXI (21) results 2026

  1. Go to the AIBE portal
  2. Click on the result tab
  3. A login window will open 
  4. Enter your roll number and date of birth as registered for AIBE 2026
  5. On successful login, the result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download and take a printout of the result.

AIBE 2026 Certificate of Practice

The All India Bar Council will release the AIBE 21 Certificate of Practice only to the eligible candidates. The candidates can download their CoP by logging in with their enrollment number at https://aibe.digivarsity.online/WebApp/Examination/SearchApplicant.aspx. The candidates qualifying for AIBE 21 will be eligible to obtain a Certificate of Practice from their enrolled state bar council. For this, they will have to apply with a declaration form and documents as required by their state bar council. The Certificate of Practice issued from the State Bar Council will appear as under

The AIBE exam is aimed at judging candidates' understanding of law subjects and whether they are fit enough to practice in a court of law. It may be noted that questions in the AIBE 21 exam was asked from 19 topics, but each of these topics carried a different weightage.

AIBE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifying exam

Candidates who have passed or are in final year of a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is 

  1. 3-year LLB degree, OR
  2. 5-year integrated LLB degree

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI states that no minimum marks are required to appear in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate can apply. As State Bar Council enrollment is no more mandatory for AIBE eligibility.
