Important Governing Bodies in Constitutional Law for AIBE 20

Election Commission

Advocate General

The Advocate General's appointment and duties are governed by Article 165. The Advocate General provide legal counsel to the state government and act as its representative in higher courts.

Candidates who will successfully pass the AIBE exam will be issued the CoP by BCI. The qualified candidates will have to collect their Certificate of Practice from their respective State Bar Councils. It is a mandatory document to practice Law in India.
