  • Elections are conducted through a preferential voting system.
  • All enrolled Advocates in Rajasthan form the electorate.
  • The top 25 vote-getters are elected for a term of 5 years.
  • Leadership Selection: Among the 25 elected members:

Bar Council of Rajasthan: Fee Structure

As per the Supreme Court ruling, all the fees collected during the enrollment process (including for forms, ID cards, verification, etc.) will be considered part of this cap and the council should not exceed these amounts.

What after Bar Council of Rajasthan Registration 2026?

Once you have submitted the application, you will be called for an interview in front of the enrolment committee and oat-taking ceremony. You will be informed the time and date for the same. Is All India Bar Exam Mandatory? 

The Bar Council conducted AIBE to test the advocacy skills of law graduates. Only candidates who will clear the exam will be awarded a Certificate of Practice. It is mandatory for all law graduates who want to practice law in India.

AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2026

To fill out the AIBE application form 2026, it is mandatory to meet the eligibility requirements. In case you fail to fulfil the AIBE Eligibility Criteria, the BCI will reject your application form.

Qualifying exam

Candidates who have passed or are in final year of a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is 

  1. 3-year LLB degree, OR
  2. 5-year integrated LLB degree

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate can apply. As State Bar Council enrollment is no more mandatory for AIBE eligibility.

Yes, candidates can raise objection on AIBE Answer Key. Based on the objections received, the AIBE Final Answer Key will be released. The AIBE Result is declared based on the final answer key.

There is no negative marking in the exam. But one mark is given for every correct answer. In case you leave any questions unanswered, nothing will be deducted.

Candidates who will successfully pass the AIBE exam will be issued the CoP by BCI. The qualified candidates will have to collect their Certificate of Practice from their respective State Bar Councils. It is a mandatory document to practice Law in India.
