The MH CET Law 5-year LLB exam was conducted on April 28, 2025. The Maharashtra CET Exam authority has now released the answer key, candidates can now download the 5-year LLB Answer Key along with their response sheet. Students can calculate their estimated scores and target the colleges accepting MH CET Law scores for admission as per their marks. Candidates can also raise objections concerning the MH CET Law 5-year LLB answer key from May 11 to May 13, 2025 through their own Login window.
However, it is expected that the authorities will release the 3-year LLB answer key soon, within this week. According to a recent notification by State Examination Cell of Maharashtra, the Normalization Method will be adopted while calculating the result so that the candidates are neither benefited nor disadvantaged due to the different level of difficulty of the examination.

Candidates having any objections in the 5-year LLB answer key can raise them through the Login ID. Candidates will have to pay a sum of INR 1000 for every objection, however, students will have to support their objection with a valid document.
The MH CET Law 3-year LLB exam was concluded on May 02 and May 03, 2025. Candidates can expect the answer key for 3-year LLB anytime soon.

Option Entry Process for MAH CET LLB 2025
During the MH CET Law 2025 counselling process, candidates will have the option to ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ their choices before accepting their seats.
Float option means if the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted colleges, ‘Float’ option can be chosen. Candidates exercising this option are eligible for appearing in the subsequent counselling rounds. In case they are not offered seats, they can choose the previously allotted college.
Freeze option - Candidates can exercise ‘Freeze’ option to confirm their allotment and if they do not want to participate in the further counselling rounds. They will accept the allotted college and pay the admission fee. Such candidates will not be considered for further counselling rounds.

How is MH CET Law score through Normalization calculated?
Step 1: Distribution of Examinees in 2 Days and in 2 Shifts per Day: Candidates would be distributed into four sessions randomly so that each session has approximately equal number of candidates.
Step-2: Preparation of Results for each Session: The examination results for each session would be prepared in the form of Raw Scores.
Total Percentile (TP) = 100 X No. of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal to or less than T1 score
Total No. of Candidates appeared for the session
Step-3: Compilation of Total CET score: The Percentile scores for the Total Raw Score for all the four sessions as calculated in Step-2 above would be merged and shall be called the CET Percentile scores which will then be used for compilation of result.
The Percentile of all four sessions will be calculated separately for the total raw score.
